For those who can't hear, objections from SA have been "outside the scope of direct", "asked and answered", "relevance". The last few questions have been outside the scope of direct.

I have for the past two years believed that ICA would be convicted and given LWOP, however with the DT going down this road IF the jury doesn't buy this rubbish, and the States Attorneys prove their case, then I now believe this jury will sentence her to death.

Once they realize the incredibly diabolical evil she is capable of to come up with this story, to do this to the people that loved her daughter- she'll be recommended to be put to death!

What a fool she is... she is truly her own worst enemy and this tactic will be her downfall!

So agree with you! She is her own worst enemy has been established by the previous attorney, now Baez is his AND her worst enemy. The irony is indeed RICH!

Baez just should have made it simply she drowned it was an accident I didn't want to tell my parents because they are sooo controlling and was scared. Not all this extra unnecessary stuff.

I'm somewhere in between. I still don't think GA is telling the whole truth but I'm happy he isn't going along with the allegations the defense made about him.

This is the way it is with a lot of witnesses. They paint their world sometimes and then believe it. Other times what you are seeing is raw emotion or unvarnished recollection. That's what makes an investigator's job or a juror's job very difficult. They have to separate the wheat from the chaff.

Any chemistry majors here? Was the car tested for chlorine as well as chloroform? I would think these chemicals are a bit different.

Not being snarky by any means, but my parents have never met any of my children's babysitters or daycare providers. While I think it's great that you and your family are willing to babysit, some families aren't made that way. I can still hear my Dad saying, "I raised my children, and I'm not raising yours".

Same here, but I will say my sitter had my mom's number and my mom had hers, just in case.
