IMO there will be no happily ever after. George was giving Casey the evil eye. I believe he may have known the direction the defense was going, but not how far they would throw him under the bus.

Right but they have to know that she had to make up this HUGE LIE because she is the killer. No reason for such a big lie if it was really an accident and she was afraid and covered it up.

The fact that she had to go t this extreme to safe herself is a clear indication of her guilt.
