If ANY of this is true, why oh why didn't they go forward after the fact and admit the baby drowned, the most that would have happened is she might have been charged with neglect. It just doesn't make sense. Why would they let it get this far to a death penalty case. What about the chloroform. Was it given to her so she wouldn't fight in the pool when her mouth and nose were taped up? If they wanted to keep Casey alive, it would have been much easier to admit the baby drowned and have her charged with neglect. JMO

LDB will not say for certain that hair came from a dead body. She sent a request for more hairs, we got henry lee and he found seventeen hairs. And before you wonder why Caylee's hair was in the trunk well we all shed hairs. None of the hairs had the banding, this was a problem for them, so they got a bright idea they decided to make up the study.

After we took the depo they realized they were not validated and so they did experiments in water, trunks and a couple of blind comparisons that are questionable. You will hear rarely if ever done on one single hair you need to be certain and this hair means nothing.

You will hear about the car, I mean dog. The dog is retired. LDB didn't tell you...she told you about the back yard and how they alerted and dug but she didn't tell you the next day found nothing. When the dog went around the car he broke every rule in the book, LE should not know which vehicle is the one. The dog wants to please its master, the dogs are simple tools.


Now it is the dogs fault...doncha know.

Not really. He's doing a terrible job.

IMO, he sunk his opening statement when he tossed in Kronk, because Baez can't explain how Kronk "got" Caylee.

If I didn't know anything about this case, I would think this opening argument is full of fail, because he's tossing out all this disjointed "could have"; he can't string it together into something coherent, which makes him look desperate and silly.

Apparently though there are at least a few people watching this who are buying it. All Baez needs on the jury is 1.

Just my opinion...

I wasn't going to post during Baez's opening statement, but it's pretty lame as far as powerful opening statements go. I'm not really worried. Once the evidence is presented, hopefully the facts will clear up Baez's mess.

I did not say I was buying it...but it could be bought by someone.

George; when they show a close-up of his face, it's obvious how much he's aged. The lines around his mouth are so much deeper.
He looks stunned ( I know he was probably fully aware of what was coming but....) like he was broadsided up side of the head by a 20 lb bag of flour.
