No worries! SA will bring it back around to the DEAD Caylee. Then the diversions won't seem so important. Remember this IS water torture to get the jury to understand that everything went along as normal AFTER Caylee was dead. I truly believe the big picture will become fixed for all of us!

Then, JB asks about Caylee and connects it with the witness never seeing Casey upset when her little girl was no longer around. That questioning left a bad impression of Casey. JB didn't do it right.

I think the party pics will come in when the SA calls the photographer as a witness.

It may be a lack of foundation issue, but it could also be a situation where the photos are more prejudicial than probative. After the crime evidence is always subject to tight leashes on the prejudicial vs probative issue.

So if she was such a loving and caring person, who was upset when she saw her boyfriend and his best friend fighting, and ACTIVELY tried to help them reconcile...why no emotion over her daughters drowning? That should be more upsetting than a friend's quarrel. If she was affected emotionally (enough to make an effort) by something as trivial as a quarrel between friends, she should have been hysterical over Caylee.

gmab. This guy knew her for a month. How is knowing someone for a month and seeing them live in your house without their toddler daughter grounds for saying someone is a good mom?
