Yep it was Lee. It seems George got promoted whilst ICA was in jail. He emerged as a fuzzy memory, where she would feel sore and sick to her stomach. But no specifics, certainly not the graphic detail she would supposedly later tell her attorney and presumably the two doctors since removed from the witness list. (guilt phase) I see Baez' case crumbling and he hasn't even started yet.

So the bottom line is Lee tried to "cop a feel" but it never happened.....And George is guilty of spanking her while she was a child.

My dear Lord....what a difference from ICA having George's &%$^$ in her mouth and then going to school, and Lee Anthony trying to follow in his father's footsteps.

ICA dreamed all of this up the same way she has done all of her life.....nothing is true, everything is a lie.

I just wish that we could find out if Baez knew about this beforehand.....the man should be in a cell next to ICA.

I believe she said she had caught LA trying to lift her bra up while she was sleeping and said something like she better NEVER find him doing that again.
She said she didn't remember GA actually "doing" anything...she just had a "feeling" something was wrong....or "could have" happened.

She NEVER made any REAL confessions of either events...and CERTAINLY not EVER the disgusting allegations JB made about the pen*s in her mouth....

The state is going to use those letters to RA to show more lies trumped up by Casey. JG said ICA told him Lee sexually abused her. Never up until now did Casey make any claims of sexual abuse by George. She wrote in the letters to RA that she was having dreams and thought she was remembering things that maybe her father had done the same thing when she was very young. The repressed memory syndrome is what I think she's trying to allude to. Remember JB made no objections about those letters being released and this is why. Surely the penis in her mouth crap was for shock value and she was old enough to remember that contrary to what she wrote to RA. Wait till they get started on Cindy. Casey claimed she wasn't believed by CA and called a .

We don't know that it was spanking. It was testified that it was hitting as a child that Tony thought was in a disciplinary capacity. That could be anything from a slap across the face to slapping her hand to spanking. We just don't know what type of hitting it was.

My FIL is a very aggressive man but my MIL NEVER EVER let him touch the children...EVER...and that's in the days when spanking was, I would say, an accepted form of discipline.

I agree, I feel the same way. I think Cindy has always ruled the roost. I have to admit I'm like that, I have a hard time allowing anyone to discipline my son other than myself. I think with George it was more like "wait until I tell your mother about this" The way Casey talked to George I don't think she was ever afraid of him. Now Cindy I can tell she was afraid of.

I am also a SA survivor and ITA with everything in your post. If ICA was seriously molested, she would have moved out of/ran away from her parents home as soon as she was able. Also, she would never had let GA or LA spend any alone time with Caylee. Thanks for sharing, I know it's not easy.

ITA! I was out of my molester/abuser's house asap 17 and ran away to live with my father. To this day my children were never ever near the person's who abused me. I to this day have issues with trust and what I will or can tell anyone.

Hi, MyTinkieGirl, thanks for this information, some of which is new to me. Lee's behavior sounds repulsive, but not radically atypical of adolescent males of that age group at that time. (Today, he would probably be going online to check out YouTube borderline .)

To me, Casey's vague half-remembered feelings about her father sound like the "recovered memories" that studies seem to indicate are generally very unreliable.

P.S. Strach304's response to you speaks specifically of just such "recovered memories."

My family would throw house sandals, sometimes wooden spoons..the Italian mom's had good aim...but the sandal always fell short...and my cousins would laugh all the way down the stairs and out the door...ending with "I love you Mama!! and you missed"

Sandals? You're lucky - my grandma threw rocks - and she had excellent aim. All of us grandkids learned to scatter in different directions and take off running if we (or anyone of us) was in trouble. My grandma was so fast that she could scoop up two rocks and bean one of us in the back of the head and whip around and get another one too. If only they had Olympic rock throwing - she would have been a champ!

I think what's funny is that I (and all my cousins) never thought we were being abused and we all laugh about it to this day. But I would NEVER do such a thing to my kids and guaranteed if I did stand out in my yard hurling rocks at my children I would be reported. I would definitely consider it abuse if I did that but yet we all think of it as just another quirky trait of my Grammy's. Makes you think how it's all in the perspective I guess.

The defense were the ones doing the profer on Tony. They were grasping at straws based on their telephone conversation with him and were hoping he would testify to the fact that ICA told him George sexually abused him. He never said that. They are interpreting his deposition the way they wanted to hear it. Abuse was mentioned and they ran with it, when he meant physical abuse, not sexual. He said it definitely was not sexual, which means he cannot testify to it under the profer rules regarding heresay. The SA would want it, but they are not the ones pressing the issue. In all honesty I don't think they are truly worried about the SA accusation. It does not effect their case and the end result that ICA murdered her daughter.

IMO ICA looked so pissed because she's starting to realize that she's NOT going to get the jury to hear the abuse claims she wants them to hear. At least not without her getting on the stand.

ITA she is realizing she will have to take the stand to sell her lies to the jury and even then it won't work.
