JUNE 17th! If I recall the very day after she claimed Caylee died.

It was a celebration of her new freedom - to stay in bed and sleep with her new man with no where to go or have to be.

Well, I certainly hope the jurors have forgotten all about that crazzzazzy fairy tale JB told on opening day. He seems to be going at all of these witnesses the same way. The state is forcing him to address all of this information...just wait until the detectives get up on the stand.

IMHO I don't think we will see Cindy up for a while. The state still has to make it through all of the pre-witnesses. Those in the chronological picture BEFORE the 911 call. We still have the tattoo people, Will Waters, Amy, Annie, who else? So hopefully Cindy will have time to get a hold of herself because I'm telling ya, as volatile as GA could be.......BAM. Wait for Cindy.

They're saying on IS that it may seem funny now as to why would Casey need a shovel from the neighbor when GA said he had several and she could have used them. I say it's not strange at all. If you're gonna use something like that in a crime why would you use one from home. That's the FIRST place police look. You'd want to get it from elsewhere.

Now that the state got Ricardo to state he slept in the same bed with Casey and Caylee, when Tony gets back on the stand, the state can bring up Caylee at his home and how Tony didn't think it was appropriate.

I think having Caylee over there wasnt an issue at all..however, TL was NOT the only one living in that appartment at the time..there was 2 other young men living there too..Not sure if it was a one bedroom or 2, but from testimoy TL had the Bedroom and the other guys slept on the couch and floor...Where would Caylee have slept?..

Course Caylee could have slept in the same bed as TL and Casey...hummmm..Dont think that would go over well with KC needing to get her ...hummmmmm..Never mind..I dont think TL would have minded so much...tho NOT on a constant basis..IMO

I think the problem the DT has is that with so much circumstantial evidence they're gonna have a hard time explaining it all away while not also flatly contradicting themselves. They seem so focused on winning the battles they forgot about the war. :cow:

That's what I thought. Prosecutors do REALLY need to mention that in their closing. That is DISPICABLE. and I think it was a tad glossed over.

Does anyone have a link to that part of his testimony, I missed it and only was able to read about it here. Anyone notice how her parents reacted to that news?

So Casey, who is so flippin' scared of George Anthony to allow him to frame her for 1st degree murder, had a breakthrough on June 24th, 2008 and slammed his gas cans on the ground and told him "Here's your f'ing gas cans?"

Yesterday, I found it interesting that Casey would even want to step foot in the same back yard that her precious daughter had tragically died a day or two earlier. Makes even less sense that she wanted to dig up bamboo shoots. I hope the jury caught onto this too.

Today though, the jury learned basically what I already knew. That Casey had a shovel at her disposal. I didn't know that there were three or four, but I knew George had previously stated they had a shovel. If Casey was willing and able to break into that shed for gas cans, she should have been more than willing and able to break into that shed for a shovel. I hope a jury caught on to this too.

Unless Casey takes the stand and says George forced her to go next door (while he was at work) and told her she better get rid of her mistake (Caylee dying) then Casey leaves these gaping holes in the story.

And we haven't even gotten to the 911 calls yet!

There is no way the defense and Casey can recover from everything they have done during these last three days... the jury has to have reasonable doubt and there is nothing reasonable about anything the defense has said these past three days. And we have weeks and weeks to go!

Great point on IS just brought up about the gas cans. LE took them in August, and then promptly gave them back to George. They took them again in December after precious Caylee was found with duck tape wrapped around her skull. At NO POINT between August & December did George ever remove the duck tape or try to destroy or dispose of the gas cans.

Going on the defense accusation that he was involved this doesn't mesh. If he was in fact the one that wrapped the duct tape around the skull wouldn't you think he would have trashed the cans and the rolls of tape involved? He is ex LE! Baez is barking up a tree he won't get anywhere with IMO.

I think I know what Baez was trying to get at with George... it was about how many times the can was used between the theft and July 16th. If I tried, I couldn't make it as complicated for the jury as JB did. Wow.

And you know what, Quiche? I think it's going to backfire on JB. Juries tend to move on and look at the other evidence when they come to an issue like this - for instance when they skip over the testimony of paid experts that cancel one another out. There's plenty of other circumstantial evidence to sustain a conviction, IMO.

If the sa wanted to fight as, literally, dirty as the dt they could ask "Did ICA ever have your penis in her mouth while Caylee was in bed with the two of you?" Am I the only one who finds that fact (That caylee co slept with the two of them) grossly inappropriate when this witness was not even her boyfriend let alone Caylee's father figure?

IMO, this is partially why ICA broke down in tears when JB said ICA's father sexually abused her. The ICA knows that of her own free will and not due to any "abuse" by her father that she was being very sexual every turn of the way, to the point of having her own child in the same bed while she performed sexually with men. IMO, another reason she broke down in tears is because she knew it was a big lie against her father. She had just like NG said, served her father (who gave her every support, every reasonable doubt) up for crucifixion.

That I know of, there aren't many trials where the accused lied so freaking much to so many people (lies of omission too)....there's a lot of people in this mess.

Yeah, I get why there will be soooo many witnesses. More specifically, I mean George was up. Then back up again. Subject to recall. Tony was up. They wanted him back up again. He will probably be subject to recall.

Most trials I have watched. Someone was called. They testified to all of their pertinent knowledge, and then they were done with rare exceptions when someone needed to be recalled to rebut other testimony or whatever.

Interesting to read the tweets regarding certain jurors and then reviewing their profile.

Several tweets indicate that Juror #11 is on the edge of his seat today listening.

Juror # 11 is the PE teacher with an FBI Uncle. Had read about the case a little in People magazine and knew about the smell in the trunk from news reports.
