court will be in seesion tomorrow from 9 - 1. I don't remember what happened with Monday - I do remember hearing HHJP saying that Orange County had agreed to open the building so the courtroom was available - but I don't remember hearing what the decision was.

I think LDB said something about LE witnesses being difficult to arrange for on a holiday. Unions. Judge said ok.

That's the same thing I thought. He's not helping Casey at all.
Plus, he is not testifying like a LEO would... they are taught to answer the questions and not elaborate, just give the facts. George has to go into too much detail and comes across as arrogant, IMO.
