She couldn't do what she wanted to do, that being with TonE. He didn't want kids around and she was tied by a child and her relationship with her parents. The state is trying to establish this through the text messages. They are very important IMO. lends to a motive.

Ack!! My sister has been watching the trial today and said pretty much the same thing. She knows next to nothing about this case.
