Its so surreal listening to JB ask questions related to his fictional accident theory. You expect him to defend the murder charges against his client, but instead he takes each witness right down the rabbit hole into Wonderland.

JB is really stumbling here...... not sure which direction he wants to go. (imo)

The only thing I can figure is that he actually DID like that old gas can, and took it out of the shed so that ICA wouldn't run off with it again. I mean, I drive around with a gas can in the back of my truck, but not a FULL one...I think that's odd.

The guy smelled something.... that is it. He didn't witness a crime. At that point everyone was claiming Caylee was still alive - he could just be trying to convince himself the baby was still alive.......

Most of these people don't want to get involved... it is like a mantra - for this very reason. He may have suspected something but he couldn't accuse someone of something.... the car was in police custody at that point - they could smell it as he could.
