I remember when GA used to do the same thing on the witness stand to the prosecution.

I remember, too. And even though now he is not being hostile to the State anymore, he answers JA's questions in the same rambling way he does JB's. IMO this is just a pattern developed for survival in that blank blank family.

Regardless of GA's answers, how does the constant stream of 3 out of 4 questions that JB asks being objected to and sustained play with the jury? and not just from this witness? Do juries pick up on things like the Prosecutors rarely have an objection sustained against them, and it is normally just a matter of rephrasing, while JB keeps getting nailed for out of bounds questions?

Depends, Faefrost. If any of the jurors have any inkling of court proceedings they know what JB is up to. If not, they might be terribly confused.

That is exactly how I am feelilng at this moment. I don't understand why JB is allowed to keep calling GA to the stand. I thought he was a witness, not the defendant. And I do not like the way JB is treating GA. Is this the way real trials are conducted or is it just another JB anomaly??

Also, I don't get why ICA is allowed to shake her head and make faces. I thought those type of actions were frowned upon in court. What happened to the 'no emotions during the trial' ruling???

Well, GA is driving me crazy. Note that I don't particularly like any member of this family (or the defense team), from the git-go.

Why in the world can't GA answer a straightforward question in a straightforward manner?

I don't care whose side GA is on, why can't he just answer a question when asked, since he wants justice for Caylee, too.

He doesn't seem to have any problem when being questionned by JA. It's a problem when JB questions him though. If you can GET a "straight forward question" out of JB, I'd pay five bucks to see it. You can't understand what he's trying to ask usually the first, second and third time asked. So, IMO, it's not GA, it's Baez. If he were more competent, he might be able to get a "straight forward" question answered if it were done in a more tactful and professional manner and leave the attitude at the defense table.

George is making me crazy ..I wish he would just say 'my wife was calling and talking to Casey all the time and Casey was LYING about where they were ' I mean that IS what happened . Plus the fact that CA probably said we arent calling the cops yet. It is obvious the family went into panic mode .JB is making it sound like there was NO contact at all ..they need to clarify this ..that they just hadnt SEEN HER

My 6 year old just asked me what I was watching and I turned the volume off and said a little girl died and they think her mommy had something to do with it and his eyes got really big and said you mean her mommy killed her? that is just wrong mommy that is just wrong...I know you would never EVER kill me.......brought tears to my eyes and gave him a big hug and tickled him......
