Guest Attorney: This is t weakest DP case I have ever seen. Makes great reality TV...

Epiph: Who's this defense attorney? I recognize his voice, but can't place him.

BBM: Sorry I didn't catch his name ... but he is <modsnip>

I almost fell of the sofa when he said this was the "weakest death penalty case he has seen" and that there was no evidence.

Well Mr. Attorney, what about Scott Peterson -- who is sitting on Death Row and there was even LESS evidene against him !

:maddening:

I wonder if GA just walked in when Cindy on the 911 tape said Caylee is missing, Caylee is missing. Then she says Zanny took her a month ago. She has been missing for a month. Does anyone know?

CA said on the stand today that George had just driven up and was out side parking his car and she was talking to him but he was too far away for anyone to hear his response.

It was also disgusting that Cindy had to answer JB's questions about ICA keeping her pregnancy a secret from her parents for so long. ICA will have to get on the stand. She's the one that needs to explain her actions to get the jurors to believe the defense's wild accusations.

CA: I have not seen my GD since the 7th of June

Oh man, Who is this guy?

Talking head just said "this is the weakest murder trial I've ever seen".

"There is no evidence that ICA applied that tape. That is the key missing ingredient. That KC put that tape on the child's face."

NG: What about the post-mortem hair? The computer searches?

Put that guy on hold and now is talking to MK.

After watching CA's testimonies, I almost feel guilty for my very harsh judgement of her actions in the media.

I know, I feel the same way. I feel so sorry for CA, could she REALLY have believed all of Casey's lies until she got on the stand this week? No way anyone could be in denial that badly, she could have read and heard those tapes for herself loooooong ago. Huh????????????

IMO ICA planned on killing her parents, and looking at them today, I'd say she succeeded. This psycho had better get the ultimate punishment.

I think so to, esp when she was telling her friends and TL that the house will be hers soon.

Marc Klass knows, he has been exposed to Casey Anthony's kind before: the man who murdered his daughter Polly Klass. PS. That "honey I love you" tape gets on my nerves, how patronizing is that.

I think the best word to describe ICA's glares to CA is disdain. I think it runs deeper than disrespect - nope - that's disdain

Just talking heads creating controversy for ratings. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Move video from courtroom, 911 tape.........

NG: talking about jailhouse call: "huge waste"

JC: first time jury heard Casey talking to her family

Patti Wood: Sees anger & disrespect at her mother

Wendy Walsh, PhD: Adult daughter behaving like a child in prison

Steve, People magazine: Observed CA/Casey looking at each other; not a mother & daughter moment; like no recognition in Casey's eyes; never seen anything like it.

NG talking about CA not knowing Casey was pregnant

Dr. Hua: Sometimes people can hide their pregnancy; not common but it can be done.

Caller: Did Casey resent Caylee more than she loved her?

Grace telling how she kept her pregnancy hidden [describes clothing choices] for about 5 1/2 months. Prior to doing so, she also thought it could not have been done. If people thought so (that she was pregnant), they did not say anything to her.

SA needs to subpoena the producers of "I didn't know I was pregnant"

OH good question from caller: "I think she (ICA) resented the child more than she loved her". IMO that is so very true. And I believe that is coming out - like a slow, steady IV drip - the jury is getting a picture of the REAL ICA. And it sure isn't pretty.

I just don't like ICA being called "tot mom". IMO - she is no kind of mom. I really do feel bad for her parents, it has all come back on them now and they realize their daughter is evil to the core and she could care less about them. ICA liked seeing her mom this way, she is still hurting them as she always has, only thing is now they know it. I think she actually hates her parents and most likely always has.

Looks like Nancy won't have time to discuss Amy's testimony. Clock is ticking away.

I want to hear all sides these folks are saying, you just don't know if a juror thinks like they do.
This case is very stressful.

Somebody posted a tweet earlier today in the locked thread. It was a very good tweet imo. They said that the juror that we were all worried about, the AA woman who did not want to judge others---apparently she looked over at ICA after the 911 calls and shook her head. I love that image.

Ellie: AH said there was a lot of tension between CA/Casey; CA could watch Caylee every time Casey wanted to go out; cramping Casey's lifestyle; Casey said CA called Casey an unfit mother.

Showing photos "we remember Caylee"........

The end.
