What would really make me laugh is if Baez starts pounding Cindy asking her why she said something and she replies because you told me to say it. Now that would be perfeeeeect.

Perhaps - but CA said that was the 17th or 18th, not the 16th like he stated in his opening - he screwed up the calendar (ironic, no?)

And that will work well for the state to insinuate that ICA staged it, since she was there - pings & shovel...

IMO Cindy was shocked she picked the right friend to call, I saw no animosity toward Amy.Cindy tried to find ICA for weeks,she just happened to find Amy's name and phone number.IMO Caylee led her CeCe to find Amy's info.JMO

Cindy made the same remarks during her LE interviews and implied
Amy wasn't being honest that there may have been some kind of conspiracy because she knew the way without hesitation to Tonys place.

I think like with George, JoseB is gonna head straight toward Cindy's lies for the past 3 years and her denial/enabling throughout Casey's entire life.

Which is the very worst thing the DT can do coming off from those 911 calls + the jailhouse call from Casey. This jury now has emotions for a grieving Grandmother, plus Casey's stone cold look while it was all being played for them.
If they go after Cindy now, they mine as well bring a needle for the jury to fill themselves.

I can just picture her sitting there working herself up into a rage, and she can't do a damn thing to stop the juggernaut rolling, rolling, rolling.

Excellent verbal picture with "juggernaut", but I don't think KC has a clue about the depth of passion and hurt people feel about Caylee and for CA. I DON'T think KC feels that deeply.

I agree. Regardless of my cynicism about Cindy, when I saw her testimony Saturday, she looked like a shell of a person. Hollowed out.

Man, the defense better be careful on cross. After all of that, if Baez is a bully with Cindy, I think she might just go off on him, or turn and go off on Casey. And not in a totally angry way, but in an emotionally angry way that will make the jury hate Casey and the DT even more. The DT has to be panicking right now at exactly how they are going cross examine Cindy.

Well, CM, how are you liking these apples? How do they taste about now? I bet all the fun has been sucked out of them by your own client and they taste like ash. Quivering in your shoes, Baez? I hope none of them are able to eat lunch after that. But I bet Casey will, and I bet she'll complain about the jail food, just like in that jailhouse letter.

Interesting during the call, Kristina sounds more alarmed that Caylee is missing than ICA does. She tries to assure ICA that no one will get away with taking Caylee and ICA is not one bit interested in Kristina's sympathy. I know, among other things in this call, the jury will zero in on this attitude of ICA's to a person wanting to help find her daughter.
One more step to GUILTY.

The emotion that we are seeing from Cindy should also be the same emotion that Casey should be showing. It just isn't there. She is devoid of any emotion for Caylee. And the Jury will see it. Casey's ship is sunk. When LE takes the stand and they tell their story about Casey's lies it will be over. I think what will seal the deal is Casey's actions on the day Caylee was found.

Cindy is not different. It was always about making sure she looked good. LDB has the questions so that Cindy can look good. Cindy can even add in commentary about stuff. None of the commentary has been truth...okay some of it but most of it makes her sound so calm and rational...

how about all the "I let Casey be a grown woman and live her own life." Cindy was a big BIG part in letting Casey, THIS Casey we can all hear now for what she is take care of Caylee Marie.

I cried for Cindy the first day...because she is good. But she saving her own butt. Those of you who are more tender hearted than I, you are better than I and I offer that it is YOU who are the good people.

Not Cindy Anthony. When Tim Miller and the Gunds say what Cindy did and her actions these three years are Okay with them...then maybe I will think different, but I will still think what Cindy did for these last three years was to stop justice and the truth about what happened to Caylee go forward. And that it was close to evil. :snooty:

IMO CA will not survive if ICA is put to death...the jury might consider this after seeing CA's reaction today. CA just might be ICA's saving grace after all....the jury may have such pity for CA that they would not put her through the trauma of having her daughter put to death.

okay -- so lets continue prayer and good thoughts for Cindy during this lunch break. No matter how JB questions her- that she speak the truth with grace and dignity. That she not attack him, or get aggressive; She holds her compusure and looks him square in the eye and gives him honest and truthful answers.

We are still with you Cindy, we believe you can make it through this. Caylee loves you so very much.

Was just going back through the tweets from during the 911 calls and Amanda from WESH said that CA was in the bathroom during the recess and everyone in the hallway could hear her sobbing.

Pray they have some very strong meds for her to take when she gets home today. That woman desperately needs and deserves a long peaceful nap and she'll never get to it on her own.

I have always said CAs denial was what was driving the abhorrent behavior we've been seeing these past 3 years - now the last facade of it is crumbling in public. She now knows that everything she believed really was a lie and has had to actively admit it to herself and the world - and bearing witness to this is somehow very humbling.

May He forgive me for being human and heaping judgement on this woman.

Oh, my! Now, see this has upset me. No one here judged Cindy Anthony. We gave our opinions about her behavior, words and actions during the time when a little two and a half year old was missing.

Cindy was horrible! We thought Caylee could be found! Cindy STOPPED that at every turn. We gave her every out for being a grieving grandmother, I know I read WS. You all were just as tender hearted then as you are now and Cindy betrayed that tender heartedness over and over and over again.

I say this like another family member: I love you guys- show your heart's love till your hearts are content but do not start getting down on yourselves for any of this. :nono:
