OMG. Sincerely, there is no remorse with KC. Or ICA. Or whomever she is at this point. I have NEVER felt more for her parents than at this point. Period. I just want to hug Cindy. And up to this point, was never a fan. ICA's instance that the police were negligent in looking up ZFG totally disproves any sort of of PTSD. It just does. ICA is not a good seed. She is a bad one. And anyone out there that has that "seed" in their family and is trying to justify it through this case is seeing the truth. I hope. A bad seed is a bad seed is a bad seed....If you have one, take caution. JMO. Or you can keep your illusion that they are one.

I do not see CA saying she may have left the ladder up. I think this woman did the lions share of caring for this child and I see her as a bit anal. I think she was a check to see if I removed the ladder twice, check the child safety locks twice kindof person. I don't think JB will get her to say that.

Other resources = dialing phone to hear disconnect message, looking for Caylee at Fusion, wing bar, Target, and under Tony's bed, and asking various imaginary friends.

Oh! Meant to ask : Anyone know if Trustfund Boyfriend Jeff, Dad of imaginary Zachary will take the stand to fill us in on his mother's wedding/cancer/cruise?

IDK. I am worried about pretend Jules' pretend cancer. Think I should put her on the prayer list at church?

Listening to the "9-1-1 Calls" and the "Jail House Calls" had a completely "different impact" for me, than listening to those calls on the night-time "entertainment shows" for the past few years ...

It was much more "compelling" hearing them in open Court Room ...

These calls have always been "damaging" to ICA. But after hearing the calls in open court with Judge Perry and the SA/LBD "handling" the calls with Cindy on the stand ... WOW OH WOW !

I am sure these calls had a major impact on the Jury as well ...

MOO MOO and MOO ...

In Session is playing these phone calls over and over, I am literally sick to my stomach.
As we speak, in how many home in our country, are there tugs and pulls going on between single mothers and their mothers over the improper care being taken of a child. I hate to even imagine.

at the lunch break jb handed kc a white piece of paper.
kc signed it and gave it back to jb.
requesting a plea?

Thought people might like to know my observations watching "ica cam" before the hearing started. There was quite a long section focused at the whole defense table and I noticed the other day that ICA has turned to Baez and asked him if the camera was on her and he said no, so I was really watching for that today and guess what --- Baez was eyeballing the camera like nothing else, he watched it one way, watched it another way, pretended to look off into the distance then give a sneaky look back - it was hilarious, finally he turned to Mason and was telling him all about it but was trying to hide his mouth by pretending to scratch his face - I was nearly crying from laughing. Anyway, expect another motion soon on the cameras.

My question to Baez would be --- You have the jury sequestered, so who cares about the cameras?

During cross examination with Baez shortly, we will soon see what Cindy is really made of!

I for one cannot wait to find out.

May the presence of Caylee fill that courtroom, every nook and cranny, to give Cindy the strength to stand up for her!

I can't wait to hear:

~ LEE testify to the comments of "spiteful biotch" from Casey.
~ Tim Miller say how George tried to get the truth out of Casey but was stopped by Cindy and booted from the house for it.
~ Richard Grund say that George told him he couldn't do what "normal cops do" because Cindy wouldn't let him.
~ George telling the LE to please tell him first if Caylee is dead so he could tell his wife because "it is going to kill her"

Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!

The ladder and Cindy's personal knowledge that she NEVER left it down is what proves to her that Casey is lying about everything. Without the ladder fairytale Cindy may have STILL believed Casey about the sexual abuse.

I think so too.

One other thing - why is Baez on his damn phone all the time scrolling through his msgs? I actually saw him take a call on it once while Judge Perry was talking.

I'm wondering if cays234 password tells us the time of Caylee's passing it was redacted and never heard that part until today but got me thinking she may have passed 2:34 pm on June 16th

And there-in lies the problem with this family- enabling makes them worse.. teaches them they can get away with anything and everything.

I have always stated that if Cindy is truthful at trial I will stop discussing her harshly, she deserves credit for FINALLY standing up to her daughter and I'ma give her that but enabling is enabling.. it can't be ignored or denied- it happened. If this girl was held accountable YEARS ago this could have been prevented. This "family" is a perfect example of why children must have consequences and be taught about personal responsibility.

jmo

Amen, OLG. I'm so glad you're not lost anymore. :blowkiss:

I do not fear it at all. Cindy's home is and was meticulous. Her autos? Meticulous. Her yard? Meticulous. She is a finatic about certain things, obviously, and finatics do not forget details like leaving the pool ladder up, especially since she had Caylee, whom she was more finatic over than just about anything else.

So true.
I am concerned Baez tripping her up..I hope she is able to stay focused and strong.

Listening to the replay of Casey talking to 911 after Cindy handed her the phone.....Man, that dispatcher had to have been thinking WTH???? Her tone of voice when she said 'I already have someone on the way there for that' (that meaning the 'stolen car') and NOW they're telling the dispatcher there's a missing child. She's got to be thinking: what's more important? A missing car or a missing child? Gotta give her credit for not losing it completely trying to make sense of that call. She probably thought before that that she had heard some doozy 911 calls.

I just took a quick shower and was thinking about this. The dispatcher was probably saying 'you can't make this stuff up!!!'

Problem is? Casey DID!

InSession showing ICA is the courtroom..she's giggling and smiling with CM.

I cannot "forgive" Cindy or George for anything they did because I never judged her in the first place.

My understanding is we were giving opinions on what was in the news and about a case. I think it is getting too personal when we are willing to wipe away the many, many amoral things Cindy and George did during the time Caylee was missing.

How about the fact they never looked for her, Caylee Maire?

I cannot forget that, and again it has nothing to do with forgiveness. I have no power to forgive someone I do not know, who has done nothing to me. She did it to Caylee Maire. And, I am here for Caylee. Great, she MAY be doing the right thing for Caylee now but I still believe that is because it is now in her best interests.

And, maybe she has really seen the light now. If that is true, then Cindy needs all the compassion she can get, and I do not begrudge her one tiny bit. WS.
