Honest to the Lord Above - has Baez never heard of a friggin' zip drive? Great invention! Or cd file discs? Great invention! I'm no lawyer and I have pictures and documents on discs and drives. Holy smoke!

Just when you thought he didn't look bad enough, it gets worse!

Forget such modern technology. He is supposedly a lawyer. Has he never heard of come to court fully prepared or your client suffers?

OK here's what I know as a law student and talking to my judge professors: the rules of evidence are difficult! Cheney Mason is sleeping on the job - the door should never have been opened. JB's three years experience is just not enough. It's a crucial, crucial mistake...but Mason should have schooled JB on this Huggins case.
