My theory has always been that KC gave Caylee cloroform to sedate her, wrapped her mouth and nose in duct tape and tossed her in the pool to drown. Then she frantically began calling her parents hoping like heck they were not on the way home. She was in a panick and did not have time to put the ladder away.

Jose is trying to discredit the pool ladder being up the following day. He asked her if she told them about the ladder when she took them in the back yard...she didn't.

I think he is doing that on purpose. He is leaving things hanging so that the jurors will draw their own conclusions to his questions. It's a way of fostering doubt.

They don't get mailed delivered to a mailbox at home or on their property..the community mailbox she is referring to is what can also be called SuperMail boxes...
