I respectfully disagree. They gave her ample opportunity at different times to abandon the lies and tell the truth, which in the DT's claim was a "drowning". She just kept sticking to her lies, immovable as cement.

The other thing I like about this recording is that you can feel so clearly LE's frustration as they try to get to the truth. I think the jury will sympathize with that. She had everyone running in circles of lies instead of trying to help her and Caylee.

I agree with you. There is a missing child - for over a month. Not time to be lovey dovey. These are police detectives, not her imaginary friends. They are hoping to find a living child, but are beginning to worry that Caylee may be dead.
