She better hope that there is no one on that jury who has ever had to wait longer than they should have for a real emergency. I can't imagine that it is lost on the jury that she is wasting valuable LE time. Not necessarily for her daughter, because it was already too late, but maybe for others who were calling and they didn't have as many officers and detectives and resources available---for 6 months(!!!) while she wouldn't just tell the truth about where her daughter was.

I agree and I believe any good attorney would have told her she did not have a chance in he77 of winning this case and just confess and deal with it. If she would have taken the 10 year plea she would only have a few years left. But I believe everything happens for a reason and she needs to be put in jail for life she is a dangerous person.
