JB - Expert will not require examination of ICA. State has also listed new witnesses and I get discovery all the time. As to new discovery today, it might relate to impeachment. Don't plan on pursuing at this time.

Baez dropped new "expert" witness on the prosectution as well as Discovery regarding George A's hospital records. Baez trying to defend his need for his new "expert".

It would be "malpractice on my part to let something stand in the way of not attempting to explain the different reactions to death and dying that the State has presented."

Has anyone else noticed how during certain parts of the tape ICA (in court, not on tape) almost smiles? I have seen it three times now. That is so strange to me!! It reminds me of a Criminal minds episode.

JA: we just received a new witness from the defense. A cause hearing. she is listed as a expert. we have been given a down load from the internet of a brief decription of the expert. A cd of george anthony's medical records...we have not seen those...would like to hear that. The only good cause...

HHJP: who is this new expert.

JA: her name is, it say dr. sally karioth phd rn. she teaches courses on individual death and the family...values roles in nursing...I believe it has something to do with that, Jose has indicated to LDB this is a witness who will give some sort of opinion on something.

JB: in light of all the evidence that was introduced as to miss anthonys behavior because of the death of Caylee marie I think we should give different evidence in the grieving process. it is not uncommon for a person to act different. much of this evidence we strongly felt it was...I know the court has its basis for that and it has alreay been heard...this witness will speak in the general nature not something that requires a examination of miss anthony. the state of fl has also listed new witnesses we have a new witness and I get discovery all the time, as to the discovery we gave to the state today, it might come into issue for impeachment...just disclosing no intention of pursuring at this time...

malpractice if I let something stand in the way...the different ways some one grieves.
