Video of LA visiting ICA in jail. She's laughing and asking for someone to turn the phone up. LA asks how she is. She's laughing and says she doesn't want to cry. LA says they have about an hour. CA and GA are coming at 1 to see her. LA set up interview because JB couldn't. Also set up time for Monday.

LA says he's sure JB told her this is recorded. (ICA staring expressionless at monitor). LA told ICA she could write a letter that is not monitored if she sends it through the court system. LA is going to write her a letter to give her that line of communication so that she could say anything without fear of recording. LA tells her that she can reach out. Also wanted to go over that JB works for ICA. Anything she says to JB is confidential. Even if she asks him to reach out to the family or LE, he is not obligated to do that. If it is in his or ICA's best interest, he may not give them the info. JB has told them that his #1 focus is ICA, that his secondary focus is Caylee.

I agree...I've seen these a million times, but I hope the jury is getting all of the nuances of her responses. I am sure they have a transcript, but...
