How many times do I have to state "I love Judge Perry ??"!!! Mistrial denied. I hope that he sanctions Jose for these ridiculous, and now redundant" requests to deny the tapes to be played, mistrial, etc.

How many times did Judge Perry extend the deadlines for the defense?? More than once, that's for sure. This is not like not turning in your homework on time. Jose Baez thinks that the rules don't apply to him! He can only kick himself in behind for not getting his requests in by the deadline. I'm sure that Judge Perry would have probably allowed them in, even if he had turned them in in February -- 2 months late. But 6 month late?? Get a grip. Blame the blamee!

This is going really bad. If she decided to claim ineffective counsil, when would that happen? It really seems as if he's not ready for this.

She has been asked on a regular basis if she is happy with her council - I don't think this will happen.
