Video Casey is comfortable with the conversation once it gets into the questioning about the Zanny story.

GA's "Hey gorgeous" comment is so creepy. Even before the accusations she made about him. So inappropriate. Even thought I think he talks to her that way in order to pander to her so she will give them some clues.

I looked up the def of Curative Motion from uslegal.com...I hope it helps:

"A curative instruction is given to a jury by the judge in a case to negate the prejudicial effect of an erroneous instruction or tainted evidence. It is the preferred remedy for correcting error when the court members have heard inadmissible evidence, as long as the instruction is adequate to avoid prejudice to the accused.

In the absence of a defense objection, motion for mistrial, or request for curative instruction, a prosecutor's allegedly improper arguments at trial will not be considered on appeal unless the comments constitute such flagrant and ill-intentioned prosecutorial misconduct that no curative instruction could have overcome the prejudice created."

I wonder if LE ever reviewed the surveillance tapes from the airport with the little girl that Cindy talks about in her visit to Casey in jail? We all know that this little girl wasn't Caylee, but I'm just wondering how true this lady's report was about a little girl coming up to her and saying she was "Caylee Marie Anthony".

Personally, I think a new lawyer would plea KC out and get her LWOP, so she could avoid the needle.
