Mom and dad walk on egg shells when dealing with her. They are careful to not set her off and even backtrack when ICA becomes agitated. This is not a new behavior. This is the family dynamic, IMO.

ICA - No, not familiar. She wants to know if they are going to have an extra 15 minutes.

CA - want to talk to your dad?

ICA - Sure.

GA - How you doing?

ICA - I look like hell.

GA - I want to be able to reach out and hug you and give you the big pappa joe hug.

ICA - Lee is going to make statement for her. Caylee is her only concern.

GA - is there any particular city that you took Caylee too? It's been mostly local?

ICA - It's all been local. The last time I've been in Jax was in April. I haven't left the city. Other than going to Cocoa Beach in May.

GA - have you seen the news?

ICA - I've been staying away.

CA - What message do you want me to give to ZG and Caylee?

ICA - That she needs to return Caylee. Doesn't know her reasons. I forgive her and wants Caylee back smiling and happy.

CA - What to tell Caylee?

ICA - that mommy loves her very much, that she is the most important thing and to be brave.

CA - Anything else?

ICA - Crying - just that I love her. (ICA wiping her eyes in the courtroom). I miss you guys. I know Caylee is on the top of everybody's list and I'm on the bottom of mine. She has agreed to write individual letters to everybody. She is protecting her family not from anything she has done.

cA - is someone threatening us?

ICA - no response. Just leave it at that.

CA - you don't have to protect this family. We are tough. We are strong. Don't try to protect us. We have to protect Caylee.

(ICA wiping face in court. DS has her arm on ICA's back.)

ICA - I understand.

CA - How come you never got a chance to get the car. It doesn't make sense.

ICA - because this is recorded, there are things that I directly need to say to each of you that Lee and I are finding other ways to do.

CA - has someone else been in our house?

ICA - I don't know. Possibly. I told you a long time ago she had a key.

Also, some have said it's creepy how GA calls ICA gorgeous and beautiful...but I know many men that are simple acquaintances who call me "gorgeous" or "hey gorgeous" and I am completely average looking, it's just something some people say. It's the same huggy/kissy type who do it with almost strangers as well. I'm not saying I find it normal exactly but I don't see it indicative of being a molester. :twocents:

On the video, when Cindy asks her if someone is threatening them, Casey says, "let's just leave it at that". Ugh. If someone was threatening my family, you can be sure that I would let them know who was threatening them and I would give them all the information they could possibly need to protect themselves.

Why am I even trying to argue with what she's saying on the video? She's lying through her teeth and hopefully the jury won't try to rationalize her actions. Hopefully they'll just see that she lies repeatedly.
