HHJP" "Sustained." JB: "We'll come back to that." No you won't, buddy. The objection was sustained.

I'm not so sure JB can't go back to that.:waitasec:

Is this JB's "glove moment"

"you're experienced in trace evidence recovery? Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, it means evidence that is trace evidence, in minute amounts"

The jury is kinda stupid, are they not? They must not understand that trace evidence means trace evidence.

Where is he going with this? Aside from boring me to tears....

"depends on the owner" (how clean a car is)

we already have testimony that GA was meticulous with detailing the cars

Note how the state is not objecting much. There is a reason for that.

They are going to blame George and say the body was in there for a very short period of time. Diff in smell JB was getting at

never heard it called strawberry... a beard that is. Baez has strange terminology to me.

He called it shrubbery. (like bushy)

(haha ldb just objected)

but, someone here once cited the Napoleon quote: Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.

Jurors 15 and 14 laughing a good bit at that comment. Guessing they know what a dirty car looks like.

I am thinking JB is going to earn his pay today trying to contaminate the answers with his hairy way of questioning. To find hair in trunk of car is common? Good...this guy isn't going to readily agree to any of the correct? queries JB throws at this nice evidence recovery guy.

Yep, two of them. AND a cat. Great job Baez. I hope they matched it to one of those animals. You are cooking her goose even more. The SA didn't even bring that up!

Caylee's clothes could have dog hair on them...same with backpack, doll etc. Thank you JB.

if your visual acuity is altered due to poly-sub-abuseæ quite [pssible could not see the gas guage or odometer furthermore, why look when your Ä driving it like it was stolen æ

WS friend-who pushed the car next to the hopper at the Ascott strip mall????

  • #1,135
what is JB's thing with "we'll get back to that" when witness just said he doesn't know?

.

  • #1,136
Baez just keeps shooting himself in the foot doesn't he...wonder why that 10 year old car didn't have a lot of trace evidence in it. Maybe because someone cleaned it! The SA really needn't trouble themselves...Baez is doing their work for them. :giggle:

  • #1,137
Talking about the age of the car, we know that GA was a freak about cleaning all the cars at least once every two weeks. The car was probably in pretty good shape. And knowing that fact I don't think GA would leave that much evidence in car. Not for a minute. Now ICA on the other hand yep she would. IMO

GA may have cleaned the cars more than that.

  • #1,138
IMO, the prosecution is giving Baez enough rope to hang himself :)

  • #1,139
The car may have been 10 years old but Caylee was only TWO so her hair being found in the trunk couldn't have happened ten years ago.

"Once again"...............listen up JB
