Since the dog didn't alert in a place where Forgey knew there was a body found, that shows the dog doesn't (always) cue off Forgey himself. I'm glad JB got that in there!

Very weird!

I noticed the other day, JB started speaking from the defense table and Casey quickly reached over and pushed the button on the mic to 'On'.
JB hadn't turned on the mic to address His Honor and Casey was super-quick on the draw to make sure the mic was turned on.

Another time, JB walked from the podium to front of defense table and Casey already had in her hand what JB was going for (stack of papers band together), just like a little bit ago.

Again, I think it's Very, VERY strange behavior between JB and his client.

Hmmm...... I wonder if she gets paid 'under the table' for all her "help". *giggles*

It's been creepily over familiar since day one...

No alerts and no missing bones on Suburban dr. because the bones that were missing where not there. They were prolly eaten by animals or taken away from the area.

Oh Jose, tsk tsk. Don't diss the dogs. You know they are trained to smell B.S.

How can that play well with a jury.....there were bones missing!!!!!

JB just stuck his foot in his mouth up to his knee!!!!

JB just THWARTED HIMSELF.

JB just opened up a can of worms and MORE damaging info than before.

Standing ovation JB.

Now...disarticulation...

Whatever allows her to live with the false reality that she is there as a paralegal, not as a defendant. Letting her live in a world of her own creation probably keeps her calm.

Didn't let dog go toward remains (known area), wanted dog to alert on missing small bones.

Bones went through the backyard @ the A's Forgey was present but other handler had had him for quite a few years....

JB up w/Forgey

not very big back yard....lot line not very large...up to perception....grass is smaller than the square footage of the courtroom given pool/playhouse/lanai-patio area....

Final trained alert - photo publish ....Forgey show where circles same area under a a bench on the grass to left side of picture....dog has some train of residual odor...3 examples 2 examples after 10 hours and one 240 hours/10 days.....not had a situation to train on 30 days in real world find after 30 days? find or training on residual odor.....finds yes after 30 days...not my question on residual odor...trouble understand your question....residual odor sometime something was there and no longer there...decomp fluid still there or scent there or not there at all or a false alert? what is your question before I agree to it? Dep. Forgey

could be decomp fluid...odor that is still there....or nothing there which could be a false alert.....dogs are not infallable...they are not imperfect...unless you find something to indicate a human body was there if you found it or a Dr. saw something there....there is possiblity of bleach bones ....stuff like that....2 trainings over course of years Sept 2005 and July 2007....over course of 5 or 6 years....only 2 training sessions had on residual odor....that Forgey recalls...

person of interest/suspect she wasn't under arrest at that point....brought out car from forensic bay area there was trash....don't work @ forensics Forgey works @ Sherrif office...don't know what was in forensic bay - don't know the trash there brought the car out....swept another vehicle....one car knew nothin to do with this case...vehicle in question not sure about the case.....quickly swept first vehicle...saw video of one of your finds...didn't video tape this find....no camera avaiable? sure one available....didn't obtain a video to see if cues giving off to the dog....if we would have known what we do today...there would have been a videotape....real life searches are not normally videotaped.

JB gets book from kc....Andy Redmond - trained with him but not Forgey handbook....Redmond said videotape searches....had a vehicle with no body....forensics wouldn't have you come out if no body....I have come out to sweeps where they removed a body ....no body in the trunk....nothing in regulations/policy/procedures to videotape work this case....training logs things that Forgey does train dog couple times a month...just you and dog other that when other people are there....couple times a year someone is present when train your dog....all of those logs indicate your work...dog and Forgey as team...dog doesn't get a paycheck...indicate work as a team....(dog evaluated quarterly)...trained dog is not blind testing....Forgey knows where the target of the search if he lays it out....also unknown findings in searches too....unless indicated on the log - unknown find....real world finds are unknown finds from everyone....praise ...dog wants to plase you...part of motivation when they find something...part of their drive....after search of home...dog fulltrained alert in backyard...CSI called out? Sgt. Brewer called first then forensics were called...dig and search for remains in backyard? don't think they dug...appear they scraped surface ...Forgey wasn't present...next day came out .....after scrape surface and moving the area Forgey didn't get any alerts......

police report when searched vehicle....searched the backyard when one day you had an alert and the next day your didn't you didn't do a report - correct.....all logs in 06 you had 5 logs where there is not alert? in 06 he had 6 searches not 4.....he has a police report for the find but not for the others....in 07 the 9 searches no reports...in 08 had 3 alerts ....clients' car and backyard....no police reports for the other 68 searches - correct...

no idea if evidence found .... on the car? no other

a lead/shallow grave.....got no alert - forensic dug and found animal remains....and again that happen....no alerts no false alerts no alerts.....2008 deployed to Surburban drive where Caylee was found...knew a body was found...couple small bones found there...did not recover missing remains ... dog didn't give any alerts on suburban drive? no he was alerting I removed him from there he was trying to get there...Forgey was keeping him from there....he was looking for little bones away from that specific area....gave Depo 11/29/2010 - under oath....JB, LDB and other reps from SA and CM present...pg 81 lines 23....

asked a question - didn't give any alerts at all...showed some interest change behv....blah blah blah

"blah blah blah".........funny JB, that's what I always hear when you speak.

Love how the witness makes the point of referring to "your client's vehicle".

Is JB really citing the deposition by saying "blah blah blah"?

Bla bla bla? Shame on you Baez!!

KC just whispered it DS ear and DS did not look at her and just sighed.

Jurors take notes as Forgey explains why he didn't take Gerus to the exact location where Caylee's remains were located. #CaseyAnthony -fell
