Baez and Casey arguing. Baez trying to be discrete but Casey motioning a lot with her eyes.

Bombshell tonight: Dog handler was not asked to smell items, just his dogs were.

Baez really helped the SA, by getting the officer to attest to his knowledge on the smell of human decomposition, and how he smelled it in the car! Wow, huge mistake in my opinion.

Baez knows nothing about when to "stop".

I bet JF would like to <modsnip> JB into the middle of next week.

  • #1,025
JB just may put JA & LDB out of business. Like hubby says, who needs the DA when you have JB. :floorlaugh:

  • #1,026
JB now, in essence, asking deputy Forgey, "You are not a cadaver dog, are you officer Forgey?"

:floorlaugh:

  • #1,027
JB thought that comment about asking the deputy to come out instead of the dog was cute. I think that it made him look ignorant especially when combined with the smirk.

  • #1,028
YOU TELL HIM FORGEY!!!!

No, they don't talk, but they smell. And this dog KNEW what he was smelling! Oh Baez is making me SO MAD right now!

Per Bill S. "lawyers need to know when to stop asking questions." LOL!!!!

  • #1,030
He's going at it again. JB is trying to make the witness feel stupid.

Officer Forgey is several steps ahead of JB at any time, that's why JB is getting annoyed, he can't get him to say what he wants... :floorlaugh:

Hi peeps. This is past Ynot coming to you from several pages ago with a question about something I was curious about but haven't come upon any posts about:

Before JB got up to start cross, I could have sworn I heard a male voice whisper "What's his name?" Was I imagining that, or did anyone else catch it? If it was real, was it JB asking about the witness's name?

TIA, and I look forward to catching up with you all in the future! :tyou:

OMG Ynot, what an awesome find! Wish I'd not been on mute!

Wow. I don't think JB helped the DT one iota with his questioning. He only made the witness appear even MORE consistent and certain, and the results seem more able to be relied upon.

I can't wait to get home and watch this with the sound on.

Thank You Jose! For driving the point home for the jury that Caylee's body was indeed in that trunk. The witness smelled it CLEAR as DAY!!! Jose is :rocker:for the prosecution w/ this witness

  • #1,035
can everyone hold it all in for a five minute stretch break???? and still keep within the TOS? I just know you guys can! We will camp here for five minutes... but please refer to what is permitted and acceptable here. Thanks guys (I am still sitting on my hands and typing with my eyelashes... I lost my nose yesterday LOL)

  • #1,036
what could ICA possibly have to contribute...how about a confession.

  • #1,037
What was JB trying to dispute??? I thought Caylee died in the yard according to defense???

  • #1,038
It's amazing she switches off when the jury leaves. Completely different side comes out it's either anger or devilish grins.

Jose just can't let his"perry mason moment" go, and has to keep on every witness he has to get his answer...trouble is, most often he doesn't get the answer he wants, AND most often, he gets more answers than he bargained for, and just gets KC's needle more filled!

  • #1,040
KC giving JB a nice talkign to! haha! JB shaking his head - and she is trying to show him a paper - her ignores her - she throws her hands in the air - he walks away.

NICE! woohoo -
