I hope this witness (Mr Bradley) is here to tie it all together for the jury!!!

  • #282
FYI

The judge has occasionally referred to her as 'Ms. Drane' from time to time as well.

She has a long history at the SA office and they probably knew her before Burdick was added :seeya:

Ooh! I just LOOOOVE when JB's questions allow the witness to say MUCH more than he asked.
heh heh

  • #284
Someone searched for the word chloroform and then went on to myspace.

And we know that Cindy needed help to create her Myspace page.

  • #285
What about the search "How To Make Chloroform" For 3 years it's been written, it was a specific search. Are we now learning it was just 10 seconds on the word "Chloroform"?

Not sure who this witness is just yet but he did a cutesy little bow as he entered the court room

John Dennis Bradly - self imployed
Owner of Sitequest software development company since 2001

Former LEO from Ontario! (yay Canuck)

It was a specific google search on chloroform. - thank you JB for having him clarify that.

I cannot believe JB just helped the jury learn it was a google search! hahaha!

Woo Hoo! John Bradley worked in my area Durham Region, Ontario :):rocker:

George or Cindy doesn't have a MySpace...:floorlaugh: Jose just placed the computer in Casey's hands doing that search!

Thanks Jose!

That's true!

Because CA has testified that she it was 3rd July 2008 that she made her Myspace! To make the Caylee is missing post, that she later deleted.

LDB: "Sergeant Stenger, why can you not reconstruct the page that is in the deleted or unallocated space?"

KS: "When you go online you're surfing through the internet what happens, when you go to any particular website where you went is recorded in a history record such as what we're discussing here, in addition all that material that was displayed on your screen the web page, pictures, any movies that are on it, sound is all placed in a separate area that's often referred to as "the cache" (pronounced cash) or temporary internet files and it's dropped into these folders so that your computer can rebuild what you are seeing on your screen. The difference being is that the record of where you went is kept in one place and the contents of what you saw in another. What you're seeing is complex. It can have a number of different files in order to display whatever it is that you're looking at and when you delete that information, I may be able to recover the history but the chances are I may not be able to find all the records and all the files that go into actually reproducing that web page as you saw it on that day."

WOW - JB just pointed out that "whoever" did the chloroform search - went to MySpace 10 seconds later!

This is huge. CA & GA did not have MySpace!

Thank you Mr. Baez!

Yes that was great. He intended asking a question about an earlier time but when he said the date/time the Expert said that directly after the deliberate Chloroform search the user went to My Space. JB looked like he wanted to hit him at that point, then went back to ask the question he wanted originally.
The damage was done.
Foot in mouth disease...

And we know that Cindy needed help to create her Myspace page.

She did say that, but Lee said he didn't help her. Left me wondering......

  • #294
I must admit that since I became interested in the story regarding little Caylee I have searched:
shovels
cholorform
pool drownings
cadaver dogs
Dirt digging
Mommy dearest
fowl fowl
and articles on little dogs such as Tinker and Tilly

With that said...I also wanted to gather information from Dick's Sporting Goods.
Warning: Do not simply search "Dicks." You will regret it.
If you do...delete browser history immediately.

Or "Double Kites". Just sayin....

  • #295
he doesn't seem to be looking at the jury much

JB insinuating that RM used the A's computer to look up that win her over with chloroform pic and then went to myspace and posted it. Or Casey did it for him.

IMO,The SA needs to ask RM if he ever used the A's computer or gave Casey his password for myspace.
iirc RM said during his testimony that he did not... ((iirc)) but don't recall any questions to RM about the password for his MS:twocents:

It appears that the computer expert caught Baez trying to skip to the next record he didn't want it known that My Space was accessed. The computer expert caught him jumping to the next named site but using the 7 second time frame from what I could tell. JB said Ohhhhh yes, sorry you are right. ahhhhhhhhhhaaaa

  • #298
Huh? What about the other searches she did on the puter?

I think if Caylees neck were broken it would be important. ICA cholorformed her so this is what they are focusing on...IMO

  • #299
Why would Jb push the issue about two people using the computer? He says she accidentally drowned and GA helped....is he trying to imply now that it was premeditated by George???? and not KC....seriously Jose....suffers from hoping by confusing people, he will be able to get around common sense....same as his client. Also we have to remember the anthonys have a pool....some of the same ingredients to make chloroform exists in pool solutions...she didn't have to buy it off the net, she just needed to know what to mix together.

He's inexperienced so he throws everything at the wall and sees what sticks, even if it doesn't fit his "theory". I think here he is trying to show that perhaps someone else searched for chloroform for another reason altogether, or whatever.

  • #300
Did she (possibly) look up chloroform and then go to R's myspace again to re-read what was posted there? Or to have both open at the same time?

very possible she did this.....b/c there were a few misspellings of "chloroform" in her searches before she got it spelled correctly
