Not gonna flame you at all. But no doubt in my mind after reading 10,000 pages of discovery and watching this trial, that the State of Florida has a very solid case.

Let the jury use their common sense when they go to deliberate, that is all I am asking ,and not fall for the DT smoke and mirrors. moo

Jose is saying there was a bug in the witness soft ware. The witness is explaining it was an extraordonary circumstance.

Jose is saying again someone approached him because the soft ware would not work. Jose is saying the witness was at a conference and stayed up all night fixing it. The witness says yes.

Jose is asking if the witness has info about case. The witness says yes. Jose is saying the witness went back to Canada and the witness says before he left he completed searches for them.

The witness says they complete the decoding not the searches. Jose says you were hired for this case. The witness asks to be clear on what that means, hired. He says he was asked to come from Canada to be a witness. He says he is not there because of being paid he might get paid but that is not why he is there.

Jose asks why he does not know what he will be paid. The witness says he does not care about getting paid. Jose is asking him if he is aware he is in a high profile case. The witness says yes. Jose is asking about his software that he developed and asked if his website says anything about this case. The witness put up a article where his software was used. The witness says in reference to your concern fire fox was in transisition to version three.

He says it was the venders choice whether to recode to the new version. Jose says if I go to your website does it say number one choice for forensic investigations?

Witness says yes. Jose asks if that is advertisement? The witness says yes, but it is subtitle. It was a small blurb to support the validity of the software for those who are looking at it. Jose asks if it hurts? The witness says no, but the phone is not ringing off the hook.

Jose "that you are the number one choice in forensic investigation." The witness says that was there before. March 17th for chloroform, how long is the user on that site before that site comes up?

The witness says he wants his notes.

this is a really bad move by JB. By constantly trying to attack EVERY witness on their possible financial motivations the jury is just going to tune out. At some point he needs to pick and choose who he asks that question.

I find the irony incredible rich he chooses to attack the witness on their financial gain considering he did the same thing.
