He keeps saying he is off an hour. That is a lie.

Plus......by not objecting.....the State says......so what.....you're going to attack the future remuneration as opposed to discrediting the info or the practices?

When JB continues to harp on money......he shows his hand and his "play book". Standard MO, not a cross tailored to this witness specifically. Standard cross....

I understand that she looked up "chloroform" and how to make it, but I never thought of chloroform as a death-inducing agent...I only know about it as something they used to use during labor, to help women get through it. So as an untrained person and one not in tune with this entire case, I am guessing she wanted to use and did use it, to get Caylee out of her way at times, but I am not seeing it as a pre-selected murder weapon. Does that make any sense?

this is a really bad move by JB. By constantly trying to attack EVERY witness on their possible financial motivations the jury is just going to tune out. At some point he needs to pick and choose who he asks that question.

I find the irony incredible rich he chooses to attack the witness on their financial gain considering he did the same thing.

I would like to see HHJP asking him what is his point with these questions?
Everyone in that courtroom and the Police dept are being paid for their services.
This line of questioning is old and very insulting. I am waiting for a witness to strike back and I will applaud when they do...
