I just Googled, "Kevin Fanning's Home Security Basics", and it's a humorous on-line newspaperarticle.

Suggestions on how to foil a home robbery include things like:
* throw a cat at the intruder,
* throw an accordion at the intruder
* pretend you're already in the midst of a robbery
* etc., etc.

Nothing sinister, at all.

Baez: You can't tell the person was actually reading the screen.

What the heck...is he going to say Casey googled something then closed her eyes so she couldn't read what she just looked up.

IMO

He better present the jury with a medical history of Casey's hospital visits or a psych evaluation before he expects the jury to believe that abuse story. Hmph.

One has to also consider, that with this extensive questioning, JB is validating that it is indeed ICA who did the searches. If there are videos (Home Depot) showing her trolling around and buying items related to those searches, then it shows a premeditated state of mind. Whether that state of mind (intending murder) relates to her daughter or her father or her mother. But his repeated questioning of this witness only blosters that it was ICA doing the searches.

I don't know...but if they show ICA there, my guess is she wasn't buying shoes, bras, sunglasses, beer, etc...But there are two visits to Home Depot on 5/23/08 and 5/29/08 (some afterwards) a few weeks before Caylee died. One has to wonder if the State is intending to admit them into evidence if those videos show her buying certain items that would constitute the making of chloroform.

I find the idea of these videos veerrrryyyyy fascinating...because they did not take place during the 31 "missing" days which is how the other vids made it in....this is before caylee's death...if on the evidence list what possible reason could there be unless it had something to do with caylee's death?

This jury has not been following this case all along, as many here have. A jury should be reasonably impartial and is obliged to find not guilty if there is a reasonable doubt. Up to this point, and only to this point, the evidence isn't really fleshing out to premeditation to murder this beautiful little girl if you are a juror and haven't been made this case a faithful cause from the beginning.
We clearly know that it wasn't a kidnapping and CA is culpable for quite a few things by the letter of the law. I just can't say murder is one of them and it seems all the legal minds and talking heads giving their educated opinions and commentary on tv seem to be concurring with the door being open.

I have been following this case from the beginning, but I agree with the above, even for myself. I have no doubt ICA is involved, but alone? Premeditated? They have not proved that to me so far.

I wish there was a way to make it so JB could not be so rude/condescending to witnesses

Here comes Charlie Browns parents.

Honestly, all he had to do was as a few well thought out questions here and then STOP! Instead, I'm lost and hearing "whah whah whah".

Good thing that's all the jurors are hearing, too. "whah whah whah CHLOROFORM whahwhah whah whah NECK BREAKING whah whah whah RUPTURED SPLEEEEEEEN whah whah whahwhah"

haha here it is JB just blew a whole in his cross.

Witness says the time stamps are when the page registered not how long the user was on the page. - I hope the jury got that.

He also added that another browser could have been opened.

JB should have ended his cross 10 minutes ago. MO

Why is no one talking multiple windows and tabs............ arrrrrrrrrrggggggggg I can't even remember a time I didn't have several tabs open and was moving around from place to place.

oh wow, this is the worst line of questioning is so completely stupid.

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone please tell me they have the Quote from Mr.bradly regarding the contents of the search!

I get the impresssion that this witness (Bradley) is one sharp fellow.

JB won't be happy until he has a witness say "you are right MR. Baez, your client is completely innocent of all charges!!! And it is all because of your excellent lawyering (sp) that got her off"
