Yay - let's clean up on re-direct!

Okay, it just took me about 10 seconds to google how to make chloroform and find a recipe I could have printed out if I had ink.

plus it isnt exactly long and complicated, a pen and paper would do.

come on re-direct correctly about tabs.

Have they pointed out today when ICA deleted all of little Caylee's pictures from her account yet today?

I find the idea of these videos veerrrryyyyy fascinating...because they did not take place during the 31 "missing" days which is how the other vids made it in....this is before caylee's death...if on the evidence list what possible reason could there be unless it had something to do with caylee's death?

Me too. If there are videos showing ICA buying things at Home Depot that constitute chloroform...then for me, it is set game match. Over. Smoking gun. She didn't just wake up one day and get aggitated by the fact she couldn't party and had to watch Caylee. Buying of the products would show premeditation. If the state can show that then it goes beyond child neglect. Which regardless child neglect of that fashion would still carry a DP charge. But I am insanely curious as to the content of the Home Depot videos. :rocker:

Several jurors have notebooks in laps. Some taking notes. One woman is leaning forward.

It would be difficult for ICA to spend hours and hours on the computer when either GA or CA were home because ICA was supposed to be at her job and Caylee with the nanny.

This makes no sense without the jury being reminded ICA was supposed to be working at this time.

I really don't understand why JB is asking this witness about movies, books, websites, etc.... He is not an expert on movies, or books or websites. JB is truly confused.

Simple. it's Jose's way of trying to testify on behalf of ICA without putting her on the stand.

He's trying to convince the jury of just WHY ICA might have accessed these websites, since it will be proven that she DID access them.

He's just putting his spin on the reason.

JB is just putting his foot in it.

If she spent 99% of her time on MySpace, and 1% looking up ways to kill people, I'd say that 1% is still more important.

Tabs or printing....

Why on earth would somebody have multiple browsers open???

I do it all the time... well actually I have multiple tabs open in the brower I use (Google Chrome). It is great to look at several pages about the same subject.

I've not been able to listen a large portion of the day, but from the bit I have heard today, am I right or wrong.... that this does not seem to be going well for the SA???

OR if there are SYMPTOMS or side effects of LONG-TERM use.

I asked about this a few pages back:

Would chloroform have a cumulative effect? If Casey had been chloroforming Caylee regularly to get her to sleep, would it have been built up in her system enough to cause death even if the final dose wasn't necessarily fatal?

Here we go. Linda bringing it home and reminding our jury that all this stuff they've been listening to for hours was all deleted.

Here comes Charlie Browns parents.

Honestly, all he had to do was as a few well thought out questions here and then STOP! Instead, I'm lost and hearing "whah whah whah".

JB likes family reunions......Doesn't want to ignore the aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Or their dogs.

Any way of knowing if she could have looked up the recipe for chloroform and printed it out? That would be really fast imo.

I was wondering if they found any printouts ...

:waitasec: I wonder if she did print it and took it with her to the store, i.e.: Home Depot, to buy the ingredients to make it ...

I'll second that, my head was spinning and I was actually starting to feel nauseous:banghead: -- he has got to be the most exasperatingly obtuse questioner I have ever had the misfortune of hearing.
