He tries to make the witness look dumb instead of actually making a decent case for himself. I really don't like this man.

This is what he does when he has nothing else. This approach is an insult to the intelligence of the Jurors, IMO

WOW! JB's panties just got in a huge bunch!

LDB asking about "How to make chloroform".

JB almost fell over himself objecting!

  • #1,363
Printed!! Printed!! She is brilliant! Brilliant!

  • #1,364
"And when someone types in chloroform in the search engine, maybe they are trying to find out how to make chloroform?" LDB

Objection - Speculation
Sustained

love it

Thank you, Linda!
She finally suggested that articles can be printed!

You go LDB!

Paraphrasing...'If someone googles how to make chloroform, that means they would like to know how to make chloroform'.

IMO

  • #1,368
THANK YOU! Printing! I heart LDB

  • #1,369
YEs Linda brought up our printing idea!

  • #1,370
LDB - can't tell what/if thinggs were printed
witness - correct

  • #1,371
U see that this is Sims work and I do not understand why is she not doing?

I think she was sending him questions via that little 'netbook' he just passed back to her after he sat down.

  • #1,372
LDB just asked a question of witness if he can tell from his data if a page was later printed off. I do hope this means she knows there were printouts.

  • #1,373
LDB thwarts JB again..

.

  • #1,374
Yay! And if a document was printed off a site, it would not appear in this history, would it not?
No, it would not!

Perfect LDB - both feet firmly on the ground ! Now bring it home....

  • #1,375
witness asked to decode whole data file in particular to particular keyword

  • #1,376
lmao I just said "bless you"

I am so glad the Mods let us use our sense of humor during this trial. I can picture you saying that!!:floorlaugh:

  • #1,377
LDB- So her brief hits on sites could be called Surfing the Web for chloroform!
Witness- Yes.
Yeah Linda!
84 VISITS!

  • #1,378
why didn't they seize the printer??? or did they?

  • #1,379
Very important to NOTE this HISTORY was DELETED and had to be recovered. If it was innocent why delete this specific history if the computer held 4 years worth?

  • #1,380
And LDB closes with the fact that the chloroform site was visited 84 times!
