KC had more color in her face today than she usually does... I don't think she was sick, I think she was sick of it. jmo

Red = the color of anger and embarrassment. jmo

Here's a laugh for you guys. I was reading CNN news about a stupid woman and her stupid decision. I tried to click "thanks" on the story! Think I spend too much time here???

I find myself trying to thank emails. It is not good.

KC may have had a panic attack. If she is having chest discomfort, etc., they will do an ECG and reassure her she is just fine and as I mentioned before, perhaps give her a sedative.

IMO she is faking it. On my tv, her colour looked okay:twocents:

ITA - can you see someone who was actually having a panic attack being able to turn it off while the jury is brought back in (and out), while managing to wince in fake pain a couple times? People having a panic attack are usually in - well a panic and would not be able to hold it together for 5 seconds let alone 5 minutes.

IMO she wanted the attention off of Caylee and back on herself - from what I've seen of her DT this week, she's not feeling the love and that just isn't working for her.

:panic: :chillout: :panic: :chillout: :panic: :chillout:

It could have been some kind of cutting tool one of the team used to clear a path to the evidence, and the so-called arrow may simply been a stick or clearing instrument a tech used to pull the vegetation aside.

Doubt if this is evidence or any conspiracy of hiding evidence involved.

It was right by the side of the road. It was explained as a machete. I believe the picture was taken before the team went in.

Oh dear, when my brain cells start firing, I start writing.

If the ol' timers remember way back when, we had many discussions whether or not Caylee was just tossed into the woods like trash. ICA was lazy so many thought that is just what she did. Get of out the Pontiac, walk some, and toss the laundry bag with two black trash bags inside with Caylee's body inside those TWO trash bags.

Well folks, we now know ICA did indeed walk into those woods and place The laundry bag with Caylee double black trash bags UNDER the log. Not just with intent, but malicious intent to hide Caylee's tiny body.

And that also goes to the leaves in the tire wells (wooded area).

I don't know about the chloroform, but I sort of wondered one day if she just plain old smothered little Caylee with a pillow when she was sleeping, and then duct taped her to finish the job.

Just as brutal. Either way, she's very guilty of murder IMO.

And yup, I read the report when it was first released. Pretty bad alright.

I have thought that too, that Caylee was gone the last day she left the Anthony house, just dressed up and had a blanket over her.

We will never know the true circumstances.

ssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........I can see JB going with that. She was such a "good Mom" she didn't want Caylee breathing those awful fumes!!!!!!! ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Hubby said you can kiss his rear end.

I just watched the footage of ICA's 'illness' in court today:
http://www.wftv.com/video/28186836/index.html
I am sure that my sentiments have been expessed by others as well, but at this moment IMO I bet that ICA is thinking to herself "OMG, I'm SUCH a good actress!!".

The ONLY thing she may be feeling ill about is the realization that she may very well get the DP for this (and well-deserved, IMO). On Caylee's day in court, ICA couldn't stand the attention she was getting and wanted the jury to feel sorry for HER.

Not falling for it ICA, and may the jury see through the ruse as well. All MOO

It's hard to imagine her being able to go unnoticed in her own neighborhood, pulling up and stopping on that street in her own car. I can't imagine it would have been done in the daylight hours- think she had help? I just cant get the scenario in my head of her parking in plain sight, dragging the body out of the car, in the dark, by herself... Anyone???

I just did a "Google" Duct taped children....
OMG .. This happen in Feb 08 there are a lot of articles out there I had no idea

About 9,160,000 results (0.18 seconds)

School Bus Driver Explains Why She Duct-Taped Kids - Greenville ...

Feb 22, 2008 ... GREENWOOD COUNTY, S.C. -- A former elementary school bus driver who was arrested after being accused of duct-taping kids' mouths shut tried ...

Wasn't the duct tape decision posters were talking about up thread about the "Huck" case? "There is no reason to place duct tape on the face of an individual unless it is to prevent them from breathing and cause death."

Thinktank? Do you have that information at the end of your very wise fingertips? I know we have talked it before at length on WS....

That could have been anything, but, it could have been a clue from someone suspecting the truth. KioMarie (sp?) already knew that was where Caylee would be if KC did it, I think she told the Globe Magazine?

That leads to everyone that knew KC for any period of time knew, but did not want to come out and say so.

However, it is not really evidence so we must discard for now.

a part of me hopes that she is reliving the evil deed, and it keeps replaying in her mind making her sick.

Quote Respect Broderick :tyou:

http://www.wftv.com/video/28186836/index.html

Several times, Casey "winces" as if in physical pain. What is that about? Are you sick to your stomach or what? There are the burps, the bend overs...then she straightens up and does a little talking all the while making the same "eyes" she always does: the shifty back and forth thing.

She makes that "wide eye" look at one point, the one where you can see the whites of her eyes all around the iris? The one she made when she had the super supreme burrito stuffed down her throat? Yeah, that one.

Her actions remind me of a kid in the nurse's office faking to get out of class. (wince @ 4:25 "ow" and touches back) The constant rubbing of the face, especially around her nose and mouth makes me physically ill. I wish she would stop touching herself. I think she has a look of anger on her face, not illness.

Wiping her cheek, and wiping her cheek while keeping this: "confused, angry" look on her face. What is the emotion you are going for here Casey, 'cause the audience isn't getting it...

When HHJP says, "thank you, we are excused for the day" she gives her biggest "wince" so far..."oh! ow!" Oh my, then Jose is there to save the day, he is finally paying her some attention and Casey has to milk it! She falls...limp and weak back into her chair as Jose puts a gentle hand on her back to steady her. Ah, what a delicate flower.

After the jury leaves (5:57) HHJP lets folks know Ms. Anthony is sick. Thank goodness that was finally said out in the open. While Casey wipes, and wipes and wipes the flesh on her face, blowing out air while using the sleeves of her shirt to cover her talons, er I mean hands. I think it is funny HHJP keeps ICA sitting there, making her wait till he is done speaking.

I hope someone can read what she is saying.

Casey got what she wanted today. She got touched and attention from Jose and her team and she got to interrupt the trial. I feel better having posted about it all, again :tyou: to Websleuths. I see posts thanking everyone here for all it has meant to them to read everything everyone has had to share. I feel exactly the same. :blowkiss:

:offtobed: There is a storm coming. I am glad.

:waitasec::waitasec: No, it would NOT convince the Jury ...

Oh ... but she will try to put on a "show stopping performance" ... and I would be willing to bet that her latest "fairy tale" would a real "doozie" ...

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Ya - it would go like this:

One bright day in the middle of the night....

here's the problem with this- we all have many ideas of how it might have happened....you can't give someone the DP for 80 different ways they might have done it.

I kinda wondered that too.

This is a guess on my part because I am not a medical professional, but I was thinking about how the tape could become attached to the mandible, and it seems possible, that during decomposition, as the tissues virtually melted away that the area under the tape would have been even more moist and probably took longer to dissolve, and that it could have left behind a sticky type substance that allowed the tape to adhere to the bones. Again, this is just a guess so don't shoot me :waitasec:

Also, from Huck's attempt to appeal, and say the duct tape did not prove anything - the FL Supreme Court had this to say:
"More importantly, the assertion that Mr. Huck taped the victim's eyes and mouth shut after she died is not particularly reasonable. The only logical reason to tape her eyes and mouth shut would have been to prevent her from seeing, talking, screaming for help, or breathing while she was alive. There is no logical or reasonable purpose for taping a person's eyes and mouth shut after she is dead."

Just when I thought this case could not get any more sad or horrific, I was wrong.

With all of the reading, thinking and sharing over the past 3 years, and all of the emotions it has brought up, never did I think the day would come where I would be even more horrified and literally sick to my stomach than I have already been for that little girl.

The testimony and the photographs today have left me speechless with grief. I have always loathed the inmate for what she did, how she behaves, the fact that she truly believes she's so much smarter than everyone around her and that she can shake her @** and bat her eyes and she can get anything she wants. Today took it to a new level. Seeing the remains of that beautiful, innocent, defenseless child who certainly never asked to be born into this world, much less have that *thing* for a "Mother" scattered with roadside trash and musty old wet leaves, rotting beside cars zooming back and forth every single day for months... it is officially more than I can bear.

To imagine CA & GA driving past that very spot on a daily basis and never knowing that their dear little Caylee was just feet away, silently screaming to be noticed would put anybody over the edge. They haven't always been the most delightful people on earth, but when you finally see the depth of depravity of the inmate, I can certainly believe now more than ever how snowed she really had both of them. If we as outsiders can see how crazy she is and it is unbelievable to us as perfect strangers looking in to all the lies and deception, imagine how difficult it must have been to really see your daughter for what she is after an entire lifetime of living with her and all of her BS. My heart has reached new empathy and compassion for Caylee's remaining family.

I hope the inmate is haunted and physically sick for the rest of her days, and never knows another moment's peace in this world. I hope every time she closes her eyes, she sees the fear and pain in her baby's face, pleading "Why Mommy?" I hope she is plagued by migraine headaches that make it a misery to live, that her stomach is constantly in knots, and that she has acute anxiety that knows no end until they put the needle into her arm. And then I hope all of it follows her into hell right where she belongs.

So did the DT have an autopsy done? Larry K seemed to be sure the skull was on its side for a long time due to debris settled in left area of skull. I missed the first part of what he said- just wondering if another autopsy was done after Dr G's.

Yes, the DT had their own autopsy report filed. But Dr K tried to imply the body was moved by speaking about all of the refuse in the inside, left side of the skull.

However there are obvious common sense answers to that, imo. First, a crime scene investigator reminded Dr K that the child was lying in a fetal position in the trunk for a couple of days while she first began to decompose. So that could have an effect upon that inner skull, in itself.
But common sense tells us that the elements and the typhoon and the wind and rain and heat and cold and animals and insects would likely change the way the skull was sitting over time. Maybe it was on it's side when it was first tossed into the dump area, and then the winds and water which enveloped it placed it in an upright position?

But when I hear Dr K and Linda K-Baden and her lap dog husband ranting and raving about their defense theories, it makes me appreciate the calm cool manner of the prosecution even more.

Don't think she had any help at all. But...didn't she drive TL's car or truck or whatever it was, when he was on vacation?
