My daughter is a stress puker. I have seen her freak out and get sick too many times to count. And it isn't sitting there with a concerned look, blowing out of puffed cheeks. You can see her fighting it and the dry heaves are full body heaves until she gives up and well throws up. It looked contrived to me. I think when she briefly looked at the skull at the beginning of my link upthread she had a dry heave. But later, that was fake.

I thought they said ICA did not look at the pics today. Look at the beginning of this video. When LDB says Is the Skull Shown in the Photograph, she looks, then looks away, then looks back, looks away and dry heaves. I think she saw it.

She drove around in that car how long complaining about the smell and now she gets queasy over a picture? She handled Caylee's deceased body and she is queasy? C'mon (to use her word) that's not flying here with me. JMHO

Okay here's what I want to know. I have sent this question to several sources with no response. If this baby drowned, as alleged, why was she found in her street clothes and not her bathing suit? Did they take her out of the pool dead and put her clothes back on her? I'm just sayin. IMO

Per the autopsy report the white bag was intertwined within the 2-black garbage bags.

I'm thinking the body was put in laundry bag and then placed in 2-garbage bags.

do we know yet whether the black bag was in the laundry bag, or was the laundry bag in the black bag(s?)?

I think that the two black plastic bags were inside the laundry bag. The laundry bag I believe had metal at the opening to keep the shape of the bag. I would imagine that she at first needed the black plastic bags to contain her and any fluids and realized that those trash bags were not going to stay together with the weight of the baby in them so she then needed the extra strength of the canvas bag. MOO

I just read this on Dr. Lillian Glass' blog:

They may even come out with their own Caylee products which will add even more millions to their coffers. So their financial tensions will be gone forever. They lost a sweet granddaughter and troubled daughter, but gained millions of dollars.



What? I knew about a book for Cindy but I have not seen or heard any of the other stuff from anywhere. Did I miss something? :waitasec:

I think it's safe to say that most of us here do NOT believe Caylee drowned...

this is really disturbing....i always thought of the duct tape as something she used to stage the kidnapping. So I always assumed it was strips applied to the front of the baby's face like you see in movies....all the way around is just so freaking sick it is almost unfathomable that a mother could do that. (almost).

She wouldn't have needed to be in a swimsuit to drown. The defense alleges that she slipped out of the house and accessed the pool and drowned while KC and GA were in the house.

This is going to sound sassy but it's not meant that way: Even though I don't believe the defense, even if this were true---I don't imagine Caylee would have changed into a swimsuit and then slipped out KWIM?

If it were an accident (which I don't believe at all) then she might not be wearing a suit. Like she just went out in the yard and got in without it. My daughter is 3 and sometimes will jump in the bathtub with her clothes on. We don't have a pool, so I don't know what she would do with that.

ETA: This is based on my speculation that the "accident" they were referring to was a fairy tale about her unlocking the back door and going out on her own.

I think JB would like you to believe she climbed into the pool and drowned, accidentally, which would explain why she was in regular clothes, not swimsuit.

I would swear I hear some talking head this afternoon saying the DT and ICA had already seen all these photos....I know they had some 'cause I saw one when the big lawyer had the big white binder open today...but it was a regular photo....not a decomp or anything.
