Suzihawk, Nana46 and the many others who have lost a child, I am so sorry. This case must be especially difficult for you.

I knew MP for several years when she was a teenager, and knew her parents also. She was a good kid, always happy and looking for the best in people. I doubt she has changed a lot since I last saw her, and I suspect she would want to believe that ICA, possibly her future sister-in-law, could do no harm to that beautiful child.

Thank you! And I said upstream that Mallory was the most believable of any I have seen.....it was heartwarming to see her genuine tears, IMO.

Suzihawk - Thank GOD we can't understand how ICA can just sit there and, IMHO pretend to cry and be in dispare and distress.......an act and one as transparent as Saran Wrap too. I did somewhere around 140 screen caps today and not one tear belonging or coming from her. NOT ONE (or I am blinded by my own and can't see hers) .......... I lost my cookies 3 times today, cried so much I got horse. None of my reactions were for myself, like any real reaction ICA might have had - no, it was for a three year old girl whom I am devoted to see get justice. Even if all I can do is document her story from a laptop -- I will stand right by that precious angel's side.
I worked in the medical and surgical ICU's for many many years and developed (after I left) what I call my 'clinical mode' and it has held me thru hearings 95% OF THE TIME, BUT TODAY - IT WAS USELESS-- and we didn't see what they did in the courtroom. THANK GOODNESS for me we didn't.
So again, SUZIHAWK -- THANK GOD we are NOTHING LIKE ICA and we can't understand her, cause I think if we did............well, you know.

I thank you for the screen shots, Junkie (pardon the informality ). And, more importantly, thank you for your devotion to this little girl we've all come to care so much for.

I tell ya... I was SO MAD this afternoon. I had to work this morning and had a doctor's appt early afternoon. I tried in vain to keep up on my iPhone but I did get to see a few of her feigned tears. I raced home just in time to see her being escorted out due to her 'illness'. How dare her deprive me of the last hour and a half of my precious trial watching? I know... selfish of me, huh?

iirc the back piece of tape in the photo is the fiber materials separated from the face of the tape. The tape was not in a circumference. I agre it was testified to be several pieces of tape. imo

Ummm -- dear Wendy maybe opening one's eyes and ears might be in order also -- KC CALLED TL TWICE AFTER RUNNING OUT OF GAS WITH THE CAR FOR STARTERS!!!!

Why do the shows have TH's who really aren't following the case??

This is why I refuse to watch these shows whose sole purpose is to say WHATEVER will gain ratings. They don't know or care what they are talking about. Doesn't even make sense. It's to either get people to tune in, or get people like me banging my head against the wall. JMO. :banghead:

Wow even the altered pictures were gut wrenching. Especially the one with a clear shot of her hair. Just so tragic. Poor little Caylee.

I am confused. When JA was asking the ME to describe the circumferential thing...I thought he was asking about the skull being in the dirt....that it was all the way around the head. I didn't realize he was talking about the duct tape. ARe we sure?

Right - Steve Hanson said the "circumferential" thing was about the debris around the skull being up to the eye sockets and all the way around the skull.

Gary Utz said the tape comes around to the side, the 3 pieces of tape were attached to each other, and he had to cut away hair to release the tape.
He said the adhesive backing of the Henkel tape had separated from the fabric portion of the tape, and Ashton circled the backing.
The fabric portion of the tape was adhered to Caylee's hair and mandible, along with plant roots.

separation of layers of the tape, and much of the fabric backing is completely separated from the tape itself

It also appears that KC was on and off her cell phone until 3:22 a.m. on June 16th and then the A's phone called her cell at 7:45 a.m.

Also of note, in KC's frenzy of calls, she was trying to make contact with JG.

On June 16th between approximately 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. KC has no cell phone activity.

This has been the red herring for me for the last years. I've always thought this has to be the timeframe in which ICA decided to kill precious Caylee... and the icing on the cake for me was Cindy's testimony that ICA was calling her 4 p.m. & later looking for a babysitter. She snapped, had to keep her date with TL, and decided this was the time to follow through with what obviously was a plan festering for months.

I have found different timelines & phone calls logged in google. I know I heard GA either say something about returning ICA's message that day, or a cell log about it. I'm searching.... may not find it tonight before my battery decides to die and I don't want to wake grandma up by going into my office to retrieve the plug in.

"But if they did leave at that time, the cell records show they did not go far. Casey's cell phone communicated that afternoon through the same three cell towers she could reach from her home," Pipitone said.
