The testimony is really getting to me. Not sure I can "listen" this afternoon. I might take a break until morning. Carpe diem.

Me too BetteDavisEyes :tyou:

I do not know how the State and HHJP are handling this creature. Cindy and George...

how did they let her act like this? They had to have allowed and fell for all of this...this is crazy. Rick was right: they are the dumbest parents in the world.

I am none too happy with George and Cindy right now. They raised this monster. Yes, she is a monster of her own right but they HAD to have been letting her get away with this crap, that is insane. They cannot be normal themselves to have accepted this.

Dear God:

Please tell me that these Jury members aren't falling for the inmates acting. Please?

And God, could you send a message to HHJP to REMOVE the actor from the courtroom and let her view via video? I don't know how much more of this I can tolerate.

Thank you and Amen.

I hope they remove her, put her on closed circuit, she forgets she is on and drops her act. And they submit it as evidence.

Dontchaknow, ICA thought that she knew more than anyone, or any "expert." I think now it's finally dawning on her that she misinformed herself about herself and she feels so sorry for her sorry self.

I totally agree. She actually thought she was smarter than everyone, she failed to realize people actually went to college for subjects she can not even pronounce!

I would like to know how the F she can eat? How ICA, how can you eat when they are talking about animals foraging on your baby's body?

She can't eat if it's bologna or cole slaw.

Maybe a burger?

Could someone kindly explain to me the diff between Manner of Death and Cause of Death? Or is it the same?

I took forensic anthro. a long time ago and I remember that cause of death would be the physical process that stops working and causes death while manner of death is the reason for the biological process to stop working. e.g. cause of death could be asphyxia and the manner of death could be manual strangulation. KC shrugs off that sweater when she stands up for the jury's exit. Seems to me a contradictory response. I understand the need to wrap up in a blanket for comfort, but then the action of removing it to stand seems strictly vain.
She gets a nice pat down after leaving the courtroom. Every time. :floorlaugh: Then she gets shackled. Every time.

As long as she isn't allowed to eat it in the truck of a car with a bag over her head. I wouldn't want any confusing data to pop up.

Okay, this is usually the time I head off to bed- It's 2am here.... But it's also Friday night (actually, Saturday morning), so I could stay up all night watching.
The 1 1/2 hour wait till it resumes is the problem.

I usually watch the afternoon session the next day on WFTV video, but it's not the same 'cause they don't have the ICA cam for the video like they do for the live stream.

Anyone know if any other stations show the video with a split screen for later viewing?
TIA

I watch it on WESH-TV they have the photo in frame, but I don't think anyone continues that after the live transmission.
What we are seeing is while Jury is present, ICA indulges in histrionics.
Once the Jury leaves - miraculous cure- she stands, stretches, chats and leaves for her cell...

Cause of death is what killed a person gunshot wound, knife wound, suffocation, or how they died, Cancer, stroke, etc. Cause of death can also be undetermined.

Manner of death is was it Homocide, Accident, Natural or undetermined.

So you're saying that you think cause of death is what people die of, and manner of death is what the autopsy finds?

I have a meeting all afternoon and will not be back until 6 tonight - I really appreciate everyone who posts what is happening and pictures of ICA. Thanks!

I think they get two choices- eat it or go without... :innocent:
OCS only spend $2+ a day on food for inmates.

Oh every morning I wake up and log in to see what crazy antics have transpired in this trial. It's getting so that I'm not sure if I'm still dreaming or not because it's so weird.

I genuinely think she is incapable of listening to the truths of her actions being spelled out. I think they will have to medicate her now if she's required to sit through the entire trial in the courtroom. IMO she is going to have some sort of major outburst if they don't.

She's a good liar but she's horrible at facing what she's done! This may be the best punishment of all!

Must remember to take great comfort in this.

Yeah, George. Casey has ISSUES. She never developed beyond the age of two and a half and that is why she killed your granddaughter at two and a half.

Hey Cindy...state again how Casey and you are so much alike.

Cry Cindy. Cry. Now I see what she was allowing. And, I can feel good again about not feeling sorry for the BED Cindy has made for HERSELF.

She let CAYLEE be with this MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :furious:

I hope she enjoys the blood money.

I have faith in the people who make up this jury. My best assumption is that KC is hurting her cause and not helping it at all with her behavior. We, and the jury, are not stupid or gullible or easily played. All moo....

Thanks!!! I'll try that one when they come back from lunch!

it doesn't have commercials and is probably used much less than the mainstream media ones, so it rarely has slow-downs. doesn't time out either. :)

Perhaps they'll get her some hairspray so she doesn't have to keep fussing with that one flyaway bang.

Otherwise, Casey's tears have no affect on what the jurors are hearing. Contrived smells like contrived to nearly everyone nowadays. Snooki from the Jersey Shore elicits more sympathy.

Yes I noticed that also. And as soon as she stands she starts messing with her clothes.

I usually have a very stong stomach.....I have watched Broviac catheter (central line) removal on my child....I have witnessed dermatological surgery on a spouse.....

THIS is almost too much to handle.

IMO....NOT seeing photos is almost worse.

My son had a Broviac ,also! IV nutrition for his first 2 years!
