Well THAT'S interesting about the sister saying GA is also a liar. I can see that. I once saw him talking about Caylee (forget where), and it was incredibly theatrical...so theatrical that it came across as hokey and smarmy. Like the finger family thing.

As for parenting, I don't have a doubt in the world that this girls behaviour got to this extreme because of bad parenting. I don't think she's ever been made to face the consequences for anything she's ever done. But I don't think THAT comes from GA, I think that came from CA. I get the feeling GA might have tried to intervene, but CA really ran that show, in terms of family dynamics.

I also recall CA/GA saying that his sister had a mental problem???? could be a payback issue? They said that perhaps it was something that was passed down....(ICA ability to lie etc)

Good Morning Caylee Friends!!!

Waiting with anticipation like most of you, but have to wonder....

I am assuming we will hear from Dr G this morning since that is where we appear to be in the prosecution laying out their story....

So since we are at the point of the forensics involved with the remains discovery, does this mean we will NOT be hearing from TES, Dominic Casey, or any other players involved in the actual SEARCH for the remains?

Seems like we jumped past this "chapter"??

I think we will see Dr G called to the stand sometime today

I think the Prosecution is getting all the forensics in, the photos of Caylee...and then go back and call witnesses to the stand...

I think we will hear from TES to show that thousands and thousands of people came to Orlando to search for Caylee and how Casey kept up the charade that Caylee was missing yet now admits in court she knew Caylee died on June 16

I was watching Bill O'Reilly last night on fox and he was asking his two female lawyers if they thought kids should be watching this trial. They said as long as they are 12 and older. Bill went on to say that they should watch just so that they can see and no evil. He says she is guilty and the most evil person he has seen in a long time, and he never covers these type of trials. He is doing it for Caylee. Bless Caylees little heart if she only knew how many peoples hearts she has touched in her short life.

I'm not a Bill O'Reilly fan politically but there is a clip of him from early in the case commenting on how he doesn't want to hear anymore from "the Grandmother". It was when CA was so aggressively defending ICA and insisting Caylee was alive. It was a good clip.

Actually it is good evening over here in Australia. Will try to keep my eyes open.

Only been following since the trial started but in that time been doing heaps of reading.

Reading all of your info whilst at work when I can and a huge thank you to you all cos I don't have the time to watch all of the trial. Very tedious at times especially at night.

I am aware that you guys have been following this for years or the majority of you believe that ICA is guilty and I am inclined to agree but I tend to disagree with some comments on her behaviour. I really have a different perspective which if I can stay awake I will offer. Please disregard the speling - just tired - Friday night here.

I missed LA's testimony yesterday and was too frustrated to post much after the early dismissal yesterday...anyhoo...curious to know how the chemistry between LA and his little inmate sister was yesterday? Eye contact? How was the dialogue between him and the SA? JB?

Lee seemed nervous and annoyed to be there but helpful once his memory was refreshed. FG did the questioning, again my opinion that JA should have done it. He was the same with JB as he was with FG as far as I can recall, don't remember him looking at his sister.

If the DT does not want the witnesses to refer to ICA by her name or as the defendant how are they to refer to her then?

'Defendant' is the nicest moniker I can think of when referring to ICA.

That stipulation is beyond ridiculous. Next thing you know they'll be asking the witnesses to bow before her and call her princess.

JMO: I believe what happened yesterday is that as Cindy gave Caylee all of her attention and love and Casey was jealous therefore took Caylee away from her grandmother in court Casey was reliving it all over. What I mean is Casey was no longer getting all the attention and it was all on Caylee (as it should be) and Casey felt left out. As we all know Casey has a me me me personality it always has to be about her and only her.


With that said. I think again IMO that Casey right now is the least important person on earth right now. She means nothing all this is for one reason and that is to get justice for a little 2 year old girl named Caylee. I cannot wait until this trial is over and we no longer have to look at Casey but Caylee's name and likeness will go on forever.
