I'm sorry, now I get it....I have gone thru a rough bout of insomnia and sometimes---I wasn't offended at all--I think we all come here based on our histories and thats was makes us care...and our emotions do speak out...
Thank you, my thoughts exactly. I have children, and I feel they reflect me, so I can totally relate to CA's unwillingness to admit anything is wrong with her daughter. I would never hide something like this, though, or subject my sweet grandchildren to the horrors of this monster, ICA.I had a much longer post typed but I deleted it because I was angry rambling.
I feel this family is really caught up on "appearances" How does this look to others? Look back at those emails that CA had with her brother, she minimized and downplayed ICA's issues. I think that has been going on for forever with the whole family.
Of course then their whole world exploded under the weight of the giant microscope that was placed on them. Now they GA,CA and LA are wanting to be recognized as genuine. Kinda hard to do now. Should have been done when ICA was pregnant.
I have an off the wall theory of why KC tends to wrap herself in sweaters or coverings during certain testimony...and its usually when the topic is about "Sweet Caylee"....I think KC gets chilled to the bone because Caylee's spirit is trying to hug her momma...and KC senses that Coldness right to the bone!!!
Okay..go ahead and laugh...Its just a theory:rocker:
My hubby thinks it is either a book or movie ideas ..all from her point of view.I hope Cindy writing in court is not a book.I will never buy or read that book.
OMG! IS has a lady that was in court. She is saying she is "lucky enough" to get in. She is laughing at video of herself running to get in line!uke:
How could the Anthony's have kidnapped Caylee? Caylee along with her freeloading mother lived with the Anthony's all their lives. What they could have done and in fact did discuss doing was going for custody.
:seeya:Hi Chiquita!! I totally get what you're saying and it makes me crazy and angry too! I think Cindy did love both her "girls" and was hoping that Caylee would somehow make Casey develop into a responsible caring person. What a fatal mistake that was and one she'll have to live with for the rest of her life. It's probably one of the reasons she fought so hard to accept the fact that her daughter did this!Hey  Mountain Kat
I understand what you are saying. But, why not just let Casey go do what she wanted to and keep Caylee safe?
She didn't have to get custody. Casey didn't want Caylee. Casey wanted to leave Caylee with her mom all the time.
But CINDY didn't want that...obviously. She cared more about making a STATEMENT to Casey about her lifestyle. A little TOO LATE Cindy.
She should have protected Caylee. Sorry. Technicalities are moot. IMHO.
Sorry Kat...none of this is directed at you or anyone here, of course! :blowkiss:
First in order to do that, Cindy would have had to have ICA charged with theft, wait for the trial, and hope she got a jail sentence, not probation. If she got probation and promised the judge she would take care of Caylee, then CA could not get custody.
You had a case in the States where a murderer who served part of his sentence and was out on probation got custody of his children.
Parents are given every chance by the courts to be rehabilitated. The only time custody is easy is if the parents abandon the child.
Even then it's a couple of years of waiting before permanent custody is given to a non parent.
I'm not really understandig the defenses argument that Caylee drowned. If that was supposedly the case, what happened? So:
1. Caylee drowns
2. George and Casey have her dead on the lawn after pulling her out
3. Roy Kronk jumps into the yard and takes her into the woods?
What supposedly happen after she was found floating in the pool? Was that ever mentioned or was it left hanging to anyone's interpretation?
Sorry, I'm kind of lost in this.
I'm not going to say anything more on the subject of CA, EXCEPT to say, SHE is not responsible for what happened to Caylee.
IMO
My apologies. I just meant it seems to be something that survivor mothers do.Oh wandering.....:seeya: CA and Sharon Rocha should not be in the same sentence.
:blowkiss: No, I am sorry. I am being really emotional. Right now I refuse to accept that something couldn't have been done to keep Caylee away and safe from this monster.
I see how Casey acts, and I can't help but think "how did Cindy and George accept this?" It goes beyond "issues"...I feel evil come off of her...and I guess I feel Cindy must be evil too...
to have played this game with Casey.
And, back on the subject of ICA: I hope HHJP makes her sit this out. Bill Sheaffer said she could ask to not be a part of this if she wants. I think that shows she wants to play this act for the jury and so does her defense team.
Not necessarily. People who die from illnesses or "old age" don't usually require autopsies. Most people who die don't require autopsies, but the manner of death would still be noted .
We've all seen how much Caylee was doted on by CA & GA. I have to wonder if Casey herself was also doted on in the same fashion. I have to believe that she was. Cindy seems like the type of person who is just so proud of her family, even when things didn't turn out the way she expected them to (KC getting pregnant).
So where the heck did Casey go wrong? Are people just born evil?
