That is hilarious!

Wonder what her key cry word is this afternoon? Guess that is what she is discussing now.

"TRUTH" ??? as in do you swear to tell the truth??

The sticker will be telling because I don't think the jury will believe that George put a heart shape sticker on the duct tape

Nor would Kronk I think, as I believe the defense will claim the duct tape came from.

Is Dr G looking at KC???

Did ICA give up the fake crying and go back to just looking angry?

I'm going to try to clarify a few things so hopefully we are a little clearer about what is okay to post in this thread and what is to be saved for Sidebar. Hope this helps. :)

Re: posting Tweets - Previously we have requested that all tweets be restricted from this thread and posted in the Twitter thread. Posting single tweets from anyone inside the courroom that can shed light on what we are unable to see via our monitors are fine to post here. (note: repetitive, multiple posts of the same tweet will be removed at mod discretion so they do not clog up the thread.) Most all of these will be from MSM reporters - I really can't think of any exceptions off of the top of my head. If they can tell us how jurors are reacting, that is huge, relevant info and we need to see it here. I ask that those of you who do post tweets still include them in the Twitter thread because we have many members who log in for a quick update and depend solely on that thread.

Re: posting about the demeanor of the defendant or witnesses -
This is the deal:
It is perfectly fine to post FACTS & OBSERVATIONS about their demeanor. (e.g., Casey is emotionless; Casey is giggling while listening to this testimony, etc...)

It is the "Casey's blouse is so low cut she must be trying to get the attention of Juror #11, the George Clooney look-a-like"; "eyebrows and hair" ('nuff said :aktion1:). Bottom line, if it doesn't add anything to understanding what is going on during TRIAL, then save these comments and post them in the Sidebar. Express those sentiments there. (Remember! TOS and Rules of Etiquette still apply in Sidebar: no namecalling, bashing and derogatory remarks simply intended to be snarky.)

Okay, I hope that helps clarify a few things.

bumping up..... please re read

Can anything happen if they don't swear a witness in as an expert? Because JA has yet to do that! Is that a big deal?

Well, the sweater may be meant to conjure a "prayer shawl" in the minds of the jury. I'm surprised she hasn't whipped out a rosary, but she may be concerned about it bursting into flames on contact with her hands...

LOL..... Only on Websleuths ......

Are they going to take out the blanket?? I hope so...

  • #177
JA is literally walking around the court room with Caylee's Blanket, her clothes and the bags Casey wrapped her in and she is as stoned faced as it gets! WTH?

Evil I tell you, pure EVIL!

Casey seems to have weird arm movement when she walks. She always seems to lead with an arm which is strangely out stretched and rigid. Anyone else notice this? What could this be? Rarely does she walk with her arms down in a neutral position.

Never seen a defendant have so much to say during a trial. ICA is constantly talking to one attorney or another. The DT has to be exhausted just managing this defendant.

And would someone please please please address how ICA needs to be in a 'big girl chair'. This DT tactic of putting her in elementary school size chair is so bizarre.

I've been griping about that all along! The jury is not stupid! She seems a bit higher today though.
