By my experience, and by what is known by how homicides occur, and the red flags to me is indication of homicide.

We know 100% of the time accidental deaths are reported, unless there is good reason not to.

100% of accidentally drowning in her area 911 is called immediately. Therefore, this is not accidental death by drowning. Manner of death: homicide.

This is so true!! As and ER nurse, I have seen many. That is why I cannot believe GA is involved. He was in PD. They have CPR, it is required.
