I all can say is why?

This guy uses very scientific terms and speaks very quickly...asked to slow down.

  • #1,584
She did a "not again" gesture when he said the mandible was articulated.

  • #1,585
Wow - he did Human Rights work in Bosnia. Love him!

  • #1,586
WOW VERY rare to ever find jaws still in place after the tissue is gone! DAMAGING>

To whom it may concern,
IF I am ever murdered please dont do this with my skull.

Thanks much.

I would not mind people looking at my skull but the superimposed image of my face could distract from the evidence. I am not cute as a bugs ear. LOL :floorlaugh:

See, I feel completely the opposite. For the sake of my loved ones, do whatever the hell you need to with my remains to convict whoever was responsible for my death. My mom would want it that way. My grandma would want it that way.

Wow he has worked human rights cases.

somebody tweeted yesterday that they didn't think the jurors were noting how it was said to be odd for the jaw to still be in position, and the importance of that statement. i think after this, we can feel sure that they have noted that opinion.

Oh, this serves the defense team right - they are the ones that have slung the mud in all directions, it is so good to see them get slammed time and time again.

Just goes to show, love trumps hate. :)

Anyone taking bets on whether ICA will cry when she watches the video made by Michael Warren now that the jury is back? And she won't look???

I'm expecting a meltdown......................

Wow! Has experience with murders with tape over skull...only time he finds mandible not disarticulated.

She won't look, she will cry (fake tears, one eye at a time), rub her nose to make it red, then get some sort of fake illness. Steam will come out of the guard's ears when she has to help her out of the court room again.

IMO

Oh! Human rights experience in the Balkans where the victims had tape over their face (as proof of human rights violations). Puts her right in there with genocide and despotic dictators.

He's an academic. It sort of comes with the territory.

  • #1,599
The only times he's ever seen a mandible still attached to the skull after decomp are those in which there was tape on the face.

Florida---WHO decides punishment? Judge or Jury?
If the JUDGE alone does it, her behavior is gonna fry her, is why I'm asking. TIA!

I just read the other day that the jury can make the recommendation for penalty but the judge has the option to agree or rule otherwise. Don't know if Florida or other state, and don't know where I read it, but if i find the link or other supporting info, will post it.
