They always have the option of looking away while the tape is played.

See, I feel completely the opposite. For the sake of my loved ones, do whatever the hell you need to with my remains to convict whoever was responsible for my death. My mom would want it that way. My grandma would want it that way.

I would want them to get a fair trial but not do the photo thing with my skull, and be found guilty but they would probably blame my husband and he is innocent!

I truly would advise any pregnant woman not to expose herself to this type of emotional experience. He could have phrased differently.

The spouse usually is the primary suspect due to statistics, but I bet your husband had many redeeming values and wouldn't hide the fact that you were "missing" for 31 days and go out partying after you had "accidentally" died.
