....and when did she develop the Cro-Magnon Man Forehead?

Oh, and NO ONE forget how she sat there and watched it - compare it to the show she is getting ready to put on for the jury.

Looks like some horns about to erupt from that forehead!!

Can't get over how accomplished ALL of these experts are!! You Floridians should be very proud of your state and county officials!!

10 year resident of FL and so amazed and in awe of the State attorneys. Their field of knowledge and ability to lay out this case is amazing. Believe this case and this judge will be one that makes history in the State of FL. JMO

I just read the other day that the jury can make the recommendation for penalty but the judge has the option to agree or rule otherwise. Don't know if Florida or other state, and don't know where I read it, but if i find the link or other supporting info, will post it.

Florida is one of 3 states that allows the judge to make the final decision pertaining to sentence. I believe this info is in the legal questions thread.

In FL the Jury needs a simple majority to vote for the DP (7 of the 12,at least) and they make the recommendation. The Judge can either go with their decision or choose his own (which is rare).HTH
