Nothing surprises me but I gasped when JB asked if the video was shown to appeal to the jury's emotions. Objection, of course. Good grief. I learned more watching Night Court than listening to JB.

Seriously, can anyone with video tell us what the heck he is doing? Drawing a skull ...for what purpose?

in my estimation he was trying to show that the head slid down in the bag that was rounded at the bottom and it would have made the duct tape go "round" the head because of the shape of the bag, not by any one's actions.
