Trident - I think you're spot on and I believe there are jurors that will feel the same way.
I, too, believe she's guilty. But I'm concerned that the state has not YET provided enough evidence towards motive. Jurors, imo, will have a hard time sentencing someone to death without reasoning why. Sure she partied, and manipulated and lied about everything, but every single person on the stand who knew her said she was genuine with the child, never lost her temper with Caylee, showed a loving nature towards her, their relationship was incredible, blah blah blah.
Party pics are damaging. But she's been partying since Caylee was born and never killed her before. Heck, she even got away with having no job all that time....imagine...never even had to pay rent. The state's got to drive home the trigger for Caylee's demise. I wonder if they plan to ask Jesse about that fight between Cindy and Casey on the 15th? As a juror, I'd want a pattern of neglect or something towards that child to show she wanted that sweet child out of her life.
