I'm going nuts over here trying to figure out why I remember TL's Jeep being in the shop for mechanical work....and then at a diff time KC's car was at some place to get something fixed.
I totally don't even remember KC using TL's Jeep before he left for NY....I KNOW she did NOW...but I'm trying to figure out WHY she had it that day....and we must have figured out what that was all about......just can't put it all together again.

Okay. I spent two nights trying to figure out what Wendy Murphy is going on and on about. I went through our entire thread here about the 16th and the 17th and the various timelines. And there is a mishmosh of various events which blend together on those 2 days, including a few in which the witnesses say, it was either the 17th, 18th or 19th..:maddening:

Okay. The state really needs to set out a valid, proven timeline using witness testimony showing exactly where casey AND her car were on the 16th, 17th and 18th, to avoid confusion. Perhaps, they are waiting to hear what the DT is going to say first though.

Remember, Baez said the drowning was in the early morning, or early afternoon, no wait, it was the morning. .. I think the state might want to wait and have the DT nail it down for them so they can come at them in rebuttal, with cell pings and computer records, and testimonies.

ETA; About the car situation. As best as I can decipher,

11:40 am =Casey woke up at Tony's. She began texting Amy at about 11:40 am.

2;30 pm= [At 2:30 George leaves for work]

2:45pm=
At around this time the neighbor, Brian, reports that the Pontiac was backed into the garage, but he did not see for sure it was Casey driving. HOWEVER there are reports of her computer usage, including on her personal social sites, beginning at this exact time,. So that tells me that she was in that car.

4ish= her cell pings near Tonys apt

5 to 8 pm= she drives Tony's jeep to her friend Chris's house.

Casey is such a liar that the state may think it is a lie. If I am not mistken Cindy was asked if I recall and she said her and Casey had a great relationship.

Motive needs to be strengthen in the Prosecution's case is what is being said on the JVM show. JVM is bringing up the phone cell ping maps that are normally presented and all the witnesses that could be called that haven't been yet. What is going on if the State is done in a few days?

Now Wendy saying ICA is a horrible mother. Which she is. I would like to know what she did with Caylee when she was at Ricardo's and said she brought her home to her mother. She had to have put her in the trunk where else could she have brought her. That poor little girl must have gone through he77 with ICA. It is so sad and just makes me sick.

CA adamantly denied to LE when asked that she ever called ICA to bring Caylee home late at night..I wish she was asked about this on the stand but it didn't happen..Why not? It does go to show she had to be taken some place other then home..IOW! The trunk of the car!

Why is WM so confused on dates? ICA drove her sunfire to TL's apt. She went to Blockbuster with him and stayed with him all night on the 16th through the afternoon of the 17th. TL testified they were in bed till early afternoon. He skipped school to be there with her. She started using her phone somewher2 between 11:00am and about 2:00pm.

It is now the 17th. She used TL's car to go visit her friend near Blanchard Park. It would be assumed that she didn't want to drive the Pontiac around w/Caylee in the trunk. She made up a story about her car not running and TL fell for it and loaned her his car. Why Casey found it necessary to go over there for 3 hrs would be good to know.

I don't understand how or why WM has not checked any facts about this case...yet appears irate over all of us "Not getting it".
