I am disgusted by the "I Love You" together with the "altered" testimony!
Cindy forced LDB to bring out her previous deposition statements several times just to get an honest answer out of her! Sheesh!

Cindy did everything she could to be helpful to the Inmate.
She tried to infer that her hair was brunette at one time and long enough to be the questioned hair in the trunk!

She tried to put her own mother and brothers in the Sunfire so the hair in the trunk could be theirs and not Caylees.

She tried to say the duct tape did not come from their home, when she KNOWS it did.

She altered when she lost saw the Whitney canvas laundry bag from being in Caylee's room to being in the garage now.

And she is not done yet.....

How do you know that Grammy and Lee were never in the car? How do you know that Cindy NEVER had longer brunette hair? She's obviously not a natural blond. Cindy made if very clear that the hair could not belong to Lee or Grammy. Should Cindy have lied and said Lee was never in the car? It was his car at one time. I'm confused of what's expected of Cindy. It seems like people don't want her to tell the truth.

The jury should learn what the tat means, but if I were on the jury, just the fact that she got the tat while her baby was dead would be enough to make me sick.

And the meaning of Bella Vita isn't too hard to work out, IMO. My husband is Italian, so maybe that's just my perception from listening to him and his family. At any rate, I thought the State tightened their case today.

I think that was what the state and the judge were talking about giving them the copy of the page of the dictionary they were going to use to translate the meaning of the tat.

Judge told SA to make photocopies of dictionary page for jurors.Probably Italian to English translation of La Bella Vita.

But at that point the Judge said "the law is the law" and quoted a case, can't remember which, so what does that mean??? Will he let him get away with doing something like that? Geesh, can't believe I have make my schedule around JB being sneaky or not. Hmmm, should I go out and get my stuff done? Or hang around and see if JB and co. pull a fast one? :banghead:

My blood pressure is already rising thinking about the defense putting on their sham starting Thursday...and Mason is such a...an unusual person OMG...I honestly don't know if I'll be able to stand the carp the defense will start to put out on Thursday...I hope it gets off to a HORRIBLE start. I think Caylee will be there in spirit that day and it's going to backfire tremendously for the DT.

I just thought I'd throw this in as ICA clothes always comes up. PLEASE don't ask me to link it...my mind is mush the last few days.

There is a storage room below the courthouse that have lots of donated clothes for indigent defendants, and they are free to make use of them during trial. If I had to guess, I'd say I read that in OS last weekend. Her team can pick them out and bring them to her. Explains a lot to me!

Let me just say this.

I don't envy CA.

I don't expect her to not love ICA nor want her to not fight like hell to keep her daughter from getting the needle.

But,

I am disheartened that she's not being completely honest in her testimony today. I'm saddened that she put GA under the bus by saying he sometimes drives the Sunfire. GA has been very loving and supportive of CA during the trial. And one shouldn't be more important than the other but she needs to realize that GA will be there for her after this is over (provided she doesn't continue to really throw him under).

I'm confused and conflicted. And I feel a little foolish for giving CA the benefit of doubt that her unconditional love extended to Caylee. I now really wish they had stayed to listen to the graphic testimony about little Caylee. I think it's important for them to know just how much pain and terror ICA put their granddaughter through.

But George DOES sometimes drive the Sunfire. He did the maintenance on it. He drove it home from the tow yard. Did you want Cindy to lie on the stand?

I have a comment about the tattoo.
She put it on her back. Aside from trying to hide it- in my opinion-I see a subconscious meaning to the placement...On her back---it's in her past, moving forward, no looking back... just my armchair analysis.

And this is just one reason a lot of us can't stand JB and CM. I would stick around just to make sure they aren't going to pull something. Seriously, I would not put it past them to try.

With all respect, given that the hair found in the car had a death band, one could easily eliminate all of Cindy's relatives who are still alive as being the contributor.

I hope that is true. How fitting for her. More than she deserves IMO!!!!!
