Sorry, but that sounds very paranoid. CA was not sending "signals". I think you are projecting your own preconceptions about the Anthonys. Yes they have made some bad decisions, and foolishly believed Casey for a long time, but they now know the truth.

I would not want to be in the position Cindy is in. It cannot be easy to testify against your own daughter in a death penalty case.

Not paranoid at all, that comment was born of three years of observing CA and the whole family lie and manipulate every person and piece of information to suit their own needs.. We know JB has smuggled letters and probably still is, between the A's so its not a far stretch to think CA is still trying underhanded ways to flout court rules. That is par for the course for her. We have watched as she texted, then looked to see JB receiving a text.
I do agree, testifying against your daughter has to be beyond any nightmare you could imagine... the only thing that would have made this whole experience better would have been to tell the truth from the start, for all of them.

I would never get a tattoo from him, based on his "work". Just sayin' :innocent:

Really? If this is a representation of his "work", I think I'd find another tat artist.

But that's just me.

What is the sidebar about?

She picked her lawyer based on his work...:fence:

Miss Welch is so pretty today! Lovely hair!

Doesn’t Jennifer Welch remind you of one of those straight-laced librarian type women who with a little bit of lipstick and without her glasses, her hair out of a bun (like it is today) would be extremely pretty!?!?!?!

She should ask for a refund on that ugly tattoo. It's so badly done.

But that's OK. I'm sure she'll have aaaalllll kinds of time on her hands for getting some new ones, with an old Bic pen and potato peels behind bars.

Maybe a lovely tear drop under her eye? Or "LIFE" and "DEATH" on her knuckles? I hear that's the new look for Spring 2012 to be worn with a lot of orange, or stripes.

I don't see how the tattoo is badly done. Its a saying... put into a "feminine font". I honestly think its who is wearing the tattoo. The skin looks gross, and it does nothing for the tattoo. But I don't think the tattoo is badly done.

Out of curiousity...the court reporter wears her headset even when she's at sidebar. But there are no mics there. So why does she wear them?

Did we (and the jury) already see the video visit where ICA tells LA that the tattoo is "Caylee related?"

(yeah yeah right right...okay, (sorry, new Beastie Boys song in my head) I know this "Caylee-related tattoo" could be a "tribute," but IMO it's a trophy)

The tattoo would seal the deal, if I were on the jury.

See the video posted here, which clearly shows CA making gestures on Saturday:

I really agree with your I love You thought.
also, as a juror i for sure would find it much easier to believe CA lied in the past to protect ICA and is trying to do the right thing now as opposed to telling truth then and lying now. no way would a mother want to send her child to Death Row and the jury would believe her if she told the truth now. i really wish there was a way she could admit to past lies. im so frustrated by this case. Im too invested in it.

I think also the I Love You is a way of saying you have chosen this path and you may get the needle for it. We can't help you anymore. The thing that has to be hard for them as well is this should have been a plea deal. Jose Baez, for selfish reason, will probably be responsible somewhat for Casey's death.

What about gatorade bottle with syringe/ chloroform?

Wait, did he say she got the tattoo June 8th? BEFORE Caylee died? Tell me I heard that wrong!

I don't get it, why is that strange or funny? I know nothing about tattoos. Thanks!

Even a prison tattoo would take longer than that if it's any good. Not like I'd know personally, mind you.

Yes - That's what I said. I would NEVER get one from him - based on his "work".

The jury must be pretty fed up with all these objections and sidebars, which just keep pushing back the time when they can finally get their lives back.

Wonder how nice that big old honkin' tattoo is going to look once ICA grows to the size Misty Croslin has grown to in Lowell in the last year?

Classy.

I was at the grocery store the other day, there was a lady reached out her arm to get produce, she has a tattoo about 2 inches wide all the way around her arm, it appears her had this tat down about 40 lbs ago, it was not pretty.
