It just occured to me that they are going to show that unflattering pic of ICA of her tat. :giggle:

I don't know if this has been answered yet, but wasn't Caylee still not potty trained? I thought I remember reading a text where Casey was complaining about how she hoped her daughter would be potty trained by her third birthday. I agree about the shorts-that they probably still fit her, but I don't think she was potty trained.

The potty training thing seemed odd to me at the time. Girls usually potty train quicker than boys. My guess is that Caylee wasn't potty trained because:

1. Casey probably didn't bother, or tried but didn't stick with it.
2. All the turmoil in that poor little girl's life probably prevented her from getting potty trained. I know that some kids will fight potty training as a way to "control" (for lack of a better term) the parents and to keep the parents nearby.

I think a Pull-up diaper was found near Caylee's remains; but I do think that the shorts still probably fit her. They were stretchy.

I do think she was not all the way potty trained and was wearing Pull-Ups. Potty Training takes time and consistency...2 things ICA was not willing to give her daughter!!

Wow. Am I the only one who finds it interesting that CA & GA's employment records are coming in with no testimony about it? Are they hoping that the jury will use it in deliberations?

I think I heard Linda say something to that affect.

I'm not trying to be snarky, but reading from work is frustrating when everyone is typing about sizes of shorts/clothes/shirts their kids wear. What is going on in the court room?
The shorts! JB was implying that someone not that familiar with Caylee would have dressed her in shorts that didn't fit.

Nothing is more trusting than a "Mothers Love". Cindy Anthony did not want to believe her Grand daughter was dead nor her daughter could hurt her. Over and over the Anthony family grilled Casey for information for the return of their Granddaughter. The media had already convicted Casey (probably rightfully so) but imagine if it was your child that was convicted all the while they still had no body.

Cindy's, I Love You, to Casey is a way of saying goodbye to her. The Anthony families support and belief of their own daughter is coming back to bite them in court now. And it is sad. Cindy is heartbroken all the while her daughter is using them and their actions as an alibi. This is now going to be a case of Casey Anthony Versus her family.

Thank you!!

I am thinking the defense is about to object to entering George Anthony's cell phone pings!

see now the tattoo artist would make me wet my pants. There's nothing good you could spin for that tattoo....if your baby daughter is dead - she didn't have the good life !!

I agree and I don't think the Jury will buy it was in tribute to Caylee. imo

I'm confused... why would ICA have to sign this evidence?

She's signing the stipulation not the evidence. Stipulations about exhibits are generally for the purpose of saving time by not having the custodian of records come in and testify to their authenticity.

Not tricky, a legit point, imo. If that sticker was still sticky enough to adhere to the cardboard, then it couldn't have left all that adhesive behind on the duct tape, could it?

I respectfully disagree, the adhesive could have been reactivated by becoming wet and floated free coming to rest on the cardboard, wet cardboard would be a place for the heart to settle allowing the adhesive and board to combine when the board dries.

Paper or cardboard packages, if wet, have an annoying ability to stick to counter tops leaving residue and sometimes even the dyes stuck to the surface. I don't doubt this could happen if sitting on the board for long enough.

Oh HLN it could have been one juror who wanted to see it and sent the note. Also, I don't believe it was ever shown to them. They heard about it, but were never shown what they were listening to testimony about. I'd want to see it too.

It does NOT make sense without the punctuation. There is NO SUCH thing as a nurse of decomposition. You cannot nurse decomposition.:banghead:

So what is new? If it doesn't make sense or seems out of whack...it can happen in this case. CA did say this and while it doesn't make sense...well that says it all.

I really agree with your I love You thought.
also, as a juror i for sure would find it much easier to believe CA lied in the past to protect ICA and is trying to do the right thing now as opposed to telling truth then and lying now. no way would a mother want to send her child to Death Row and the jury would believe her if she told the truth now. i really wish there was a way she could admit to past lies. im so frustrated by this case. Im too invested in it.

I don't know if it has been mentioned in this thread, but according to CA shortly after all this began (day 31), she went on medication for the anxiety and depression.

She asserts that the medication messed with her memory. She is no longer on the medication, and feels her memory is better now.

Not giving my opinion on this, just telling "facts" as I remember them. . .lol.

I'm on medication for OCD, and they told me that for the first 3 months I may experience short-term memory loss, but that it would correct itself. I didn't experience it, but it is something they warn you about.

Baez really needs to get out of her personal space - Mason tried to get LDB to stay up with him too so they looked 'united' maybe - thats why I think they do it...remember the incident with the projector?

Are they going past 5pm today? We may have to wait until tomorrow for him depending on what they're doing now.
