At work - this thread is terribly confusing to read. Some people are saying her testimony is to the point, others are saying it's now completely on behalf of ICA. So confused at wo what is actually going on.

I'm hugely biased, lol. If I were you I'd read Mountain_Kat's and a few others posts for objectional comments.

P.S: Just read Mountain_Kat's "I feel sorry for CA" comment. Disregard her posts aswell! :crazy:

As a truthful person we ascribe this truthfulness to others until they prove to us (sometimes several times like CA) they are not truthful and then we feel deceived.

She speaks from both sides of her mouth.

I think this testimony is just hard for CA - she is thinking about Caylee inside some of this... She knows what the hair testimony was for and was doing her best to be honest.

I agree she is not being as 'helpful' as in her prior testimony in court but I think the testimony is just plain hard at this point...

That's called empathy and nothing to be ashamed about, I too fell for her crying on the stand now I realized that the tears were for ICA and NOT Caylee. :maddening:

CA stating that everyone in the family drove the Sunfire. Why did she feel the needs to go there. It was not what was asked.

I think it's a fair and honest answer. We know GA routinely serviced the car, note KC even claiming "my Dad will pick it up and deal with it". We know CA has been in the car with KC and Lee used to be the principle driver before KC. I don't see CA throwing anyone under the bus or switching sides here. here answers seem reasonable and truthful. Not the outright bold faced lies we have seen from her in the past.

While I don't think she has jumped full bore onto the DT once again, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that she might not be enthusiastic about testimony that will lead to KC's death. She is in a hard place. It sounds like her lawyer has instructed her to answer clearly honestly and succinctly. We don't want the old CA lying for the SA instead of the defense. We just want straightforward truthful neutral answers.

I agree - seems like a strange thing to mention to your spouse.

I don't know if you've noticed, but these are definitely a couple of borderline OCD foilks when it comes to appearance and neatness. I think GA would definitely mention if his gas cans returned missing a part. It may sound trivial, but expected from somebody who is a meticulous about things as those two seem to be.

LDB seems okay with the answers she is getting. I am not picking up on any surprise from her. I am thinking that we are still doing okay and part of this is the plan to prep for DT attempts.

Undconditional love does not prevent a parent for making their child accountable for their actions. Her daughter killed her grandchild...you do not try to help her get out of consequences for that.

Just want to say, Duck tape is not the same as Duct tape. Try using Duck tape for something serious (like wrapping up a leaking washing machine hose).

Duck tape is good for creative high school kids to make those crazy prom dresses out of. That's about it, IMO. :crazy:

eta: The Duct tape that I find at my local home improvement store comes in blue, black and silver. The 'other stuff' comes in lots of colors.
