More stipulations perhaps? Yesterday we saw her signing documents that turned out to be the stipulations later read in court.

He has also had a stellar reputation in this area. I expected way more out of him on this case.

I agree He is one of the few old school Orlando Defense attorneys still around. Local Talking Heads have said that we will see more of him at the podium during the penalty phase. Also, he is not paid to be nice (although he is not being paid at all LOL)

ZsaZsa: I have a friend who was a court clerk in a county where Mason tried a number of cases (Seminole County) and she has said he was always extremely polite and courteous with everyone outside the courtroom.

My husband had an opportunity to meet CM a couple of months ago and said he seemed to be a nice guy, funny, and the kind of person my husband said "he would hang out and have a beer with." Go figure!

Maybe something has happened to him? The one thing that springs to mind is when he was extremely rude to KB, calling her the stupidest reporter on earth. Unwarranted temperamental outburst... we have seen several.

Ya know....just sitting here thinking.... maybe Casey always figured (at least since she's been in jail) to just ride this out to build her celebrity status and then just plead out once the state rested... maybe that's why she was so calm?? (sorry I want to smack myself for even thinking this)

there was some talk on Maypie's twitter that people around the court are talking about the changes in CM and who are very concerned about the changes in personality that they are seeing.
